My name is Alex Dsvis. I was headed back home to Tacoma Washington. A sotrm hit and the plane had to come back to Asheville. The support desk call around to see if there were any rooms available for overnight stay. The Hilton had one room left and offered to me and sent a shuttle to come pick me up. Not only was my check-in experience great but Ms. Dayna came around the corner and personally greeted me and made sure I was taken care of. That went a long way because today was a very stressful day and the team and leadership of the Hilton turned my stress into rest. I am thankful for the people whe see everyone as people and not just a booking opportunity.

Stayed here two nights and had a good experience. The staff was excellent, especially the woman working the front desk. She even remembered my name as my stay continued. I felt very welcomed. Lovely room. Everything was in great condition, and the decor was stylish. Good lighting. Comfortable bed. Great water pressure. Free and fast internet. Also appreciated the gestures in the room indicative of a full-service property like robes and slippers--too many places have not returned those items since COVID. I had dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed it. Great soup and a really tasty salad with chicken. Reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant, too. The housekeeping on the first night of my stay could have been more thorough--a dirty towel wasn't cleared and clean towels were just placed on the basin instead of properly placed. The bed was barely made. Small thing, but was the only part of the stay that wasn't outstanding. Hotel's location was excellent. It's in a nice shopping complex and an easy walk to a few restaurants, a Barnes and Noble, and some shops. Would not hesitate to return when again in the area.

Amazing customer service by Ms Dana! She made me feel very comfortable and welcomed along with her referral for the great restaurant inside the Hotel! The room was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Room service was excellent as they did a fantastic job

Showed up without a reservation and a full house at around 5pm and was met with the most amazing and fantastic front desk staff. Dana and Kamarin were courteous, gracious, and phenomenal in finding me a room. They did it with a great smile and no complaints at all. Rooms were clean and lovely and the bar/restaurant offered great service despite post-hurricane limitations.

As a HH member who has stayed in Hiltons regularly, I was impressed. From the check-in greeting I knew this was special. The team members appreciated our support, given the recent storm damage and it showed. Comfortable beds and large room. The area has excellent restaurants and stores that are walkable; 20 minutes to downtown Asheville as well. Bonus: we stayed in a balcony king room which overlooked the beautiful holiday lights and festivities.
