Go somewhere else! The parking lot is full of very deep potholes. I was concerned my tires would be ruined. The toilet in my room did not flush. I asked three times to have someone come look at twice in person at the desk; once I tried to call and there was no answer and I had to go back down to the front desk, still, no one came and we could not even use the toilet. The gym that is advertised is Closed. The building itself has a lot of dents and holes and is falling apart. One of the elevators was broken and the other one took forever to come up and down.

I truly appreciate the cooperation and hospitality of the front desk team. I had arrived early in the morning at 8:30 AM and had requested an early check-in the previous day. The staff ensured that the room was ready upon my arrival, allowing me to check in early, get some rest, and feel refreshed for the rest of the day. Their support made a real difference to my stay.

Good value for the price. Around 20-30 minute drive from New York City. Rooms are clean and common areas are as-well. Hotel could use and upgrade but overall good. I also asked for towels to be brought to me upstairs and they told me to come and get it.

Had a week of medical treatments. Picked this place. Wrong choice. Good location, clean. But it is horribly outdated. Looks like it has not been refreshed in thirty years. Our “suite” is okay. TVs are old. Phone does not work. Toilet seat rattled around(someone did come to tighten it. Only one of two elevators work. You have to go all the way down to the front desk to get ice. Did I give it three stars? We’ll, the continental breakfast is not terrible. And, the front desk people are pleasant and helpful. Stay here but don’t expect a lot.

Andrew and the rest of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. I did not give a five star due to a few things: 1. The pool was dirty 2. The sofa bed is super uncomfortable 3. The phone in the room did not work 4. The hotel is outdated The pool was a big thing for me because I chose this hotel solely for that.
