Ramada by Wyndham Bronx

Was very impressed as I came from London to visit my sick father who was in a rehabilitation center in the area co-op city in the Bronx 10 minute walk was idle the front Desk welcomed me well and showed me were everything was that was Kim very good at here job I was there a week 7 days and also Jocelyn helped any time I had a issue now the Breakfast was okay now pork should be separated from turkey sauces as some people don't eat Pork and the Breakfast Attendent I found very unpleasant Name Fanny you have to deal with some one when you are working with a professional attitude I was there a week and it was of putting to be greeted unpleasant I noticed that she greeted all Spanish speaking people with a huge smile and talked away in Spanish but when it came to me it was a grunt the other Breakfast attendant Rosaria greeted me fine and I felt welcome but all in all I rate the Hotel it was great I will come again when I come back

From start to finish I was very satisfied. I was greeted by the lovely front desk agent Jocelyn. I felt welcome and took care of all our needs. The room was excellent and up to par. It was very clean, we had all our necessary toiletries. My partner said “the bed was so comfortable that he couldn’t get out of bed.” And I concur! I travel to Bronx quite frequently and I have decided this will definitely be our go to place to stay. Thank you for giving us such a great quality of service.

Jocelyn is always wonderful !!! Friendly and welcoming when you arrive and always helpful. Rooms are always clean, upgraded rooms have a jacuzzi those are my favorite. Good location, wish they had a microwave in the room but they do have one you can use in the common area and they also serve breakfast in the morning.

The bed, the pillows, the shower, the lights, the comfortable desk and delicious breakfast, the toiletries. The welcoming staff. The clean, lovely smelling hotel. I love every minute there, I can't wait to go back.I loved the nice refrigerator in my room. I slept so good in the comfortable bed.

Jocelyn the front desk supervisor was professional and provided me with the utmost service. Jocelyn thank you for making our time here a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and say that having a front desk supervisor answer your questions with care is comforting.
