All around friendly service from the front desk and breakfast staff. I special thank you go Deanna for making my husband’s 40th birthday extra special. Our king suite was clean and very spacious. We enjoyed the special touches of local artwork and design elements throughout. Our breakfast had hot and healthy options, which are always nice. We enjoyed the ability to have a drink and play board games in the lobby too. Hope to return again!

I was at the Hotel Saratoga for the last weekend of racing, Labor Day weekend. The hotel is fantastic and what really makes it great is the staff....they are Joe, Deonna and Lily who take care of you. The breakfast is outstanding and sitting poolside while looking at the races of the day before heading to the track makes it a relaxing experience. To top it all off they have a shuttle to and from the track which starts your day right and ends it with comfort. Needless to say I will be returning to the Hotel Saratoga next year.

Great location. Close to downtown and the casino. Wonderful staff! Very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s nice to have a fridge and microwave. The breakfast is great. The BBQ place across the street is outstanding! I would recommend this hotel.

I can't say enough good things about the hotel... Beds were so comfortable..so many pillows it was great .. breakfast was good... But the Staff are the Best I have ever dealt with .. Autumn was fantastic...and Lilly was sooo helpful when we couldn't get to the shuttle bus ... Just an all around Great Hotel. Nice and quiet in the halls... Everyone was like family... Great experience and I highly recommend this Hotel.
