Terrible. Donāt stay here. The hotel is dated, and the management doesnāt care about taking care of things. Iām here for the weekend, and a bunch of things in the room donāt work or are not properly supplied. The toilet is clogged and I canāt use it, thereās no shampoo in the shampoo dispenser bottles, And the thermostat is not working and needs new batteries. Cold in this room and I canāt turn the heat on. I reported these issues to the front desk this morning shortly after 9 AM, and now itās about noon and not a thing has been done. Looking for a piece of paper and a pen to write a message on, there are none in the room. Neither do they provide any basic amenities, such as Q-tips, small bar of soap, shower cap or anything else, and the tissues in the bathroom are like cardboard. Had to go downstairs and use the lobby restroom since my toilet isnāt working, and even the lobby restrooms are not well maintained. The restroom stall door locks are broken and donāt stay closed. Paper towel dispensers in the restroom also out of order. TV only gets about 10 stations. Just seems like the management doesnāt give a damn about this place or its guests. Was going to go help myself to breakfast, but then someone told me itās not free to guests you have to pay. No sign on the buffet alerting people to this. Only good experience was the lobby bartender. She was very nice and has good customer service skills. Thereās typically no one at the front desk, you have to go track them down. Not a good experience.

Me and my family had to move from 2 rooms they are very dirty pillows. Sheets are dirt. Every where I see is dirty we had to call the people downstairs to come to the rooms. Beware hair is everywhere. My Freind has told me the pool is very dirty. This is my review, Iām 11 years old.

Other than the broken HVAC unit and the non-functioning goose-neck reading lamp, the room itself was fine, large and comfortable with a good working desk, a large TV, an Keurig coffee maker, and a small refrigerator and microwave. But for the price of the room, which did not even include breakfast (an extra $11), I would have hoped that the room would have been made up on a daily basis. Even when we asked for clean towels and the bed to be made, our request was ignored. Moreover, as noted, the HVAC unit would only put out cold air on a night when it went down into the 30ās. The manager, John, did give us some extra blankets, and the unit was repaired the next day. But for the price of the room, I expected better than overfilled little trash baskets and having to make my way down to the front desk every day to ask for clean towels and more coffee and creamer.

My immediate impression as I walked into room 325 was the musty smell of the room. Then I noticed the dirty tub and the peeling trim near the floor along the wall behind the toilet and the mold on that wall. The young woman with pink hair at the front desk was not very friendly when I requested a keycard in order to access through the side doors from the packed parking lot on a Saturday and inquired about internet and breakfast service. Then I discovered a used and coffee stained cellophane package of utensils and sugar packets left in the cubby next to the coffee machine. Upon checking into the room, I opened the window to air it out but soon had to close it because of the stench of cigarette smoke coming from guests smoking at a picnic table right under my window! At check out, I was told no extra room charges, but a day later I saw a pending $10 charge on my credit card. Now, two days after checkout, the pending charge is $20. I only stayed a single night, did not enjoy my stay, and will not be returning to this property for all of the reasons stated above.

Older property in need of a facelift. Pool was closed for repairs. Hall and room carpet and trim need updating. In room coffee was awful Kerrigan pods. No stirrers in the packets of sugar. Price of room is nearly $300 and definitely not worth it! Would find another property if I return.
