Hampton Inn Niagara Falls

The location was prettu good - maybe a mile from Niagra Falls. Our room was big and clean. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help. The breakfast every morning was AMAZING. Every staŕted with a weird optimism because how good the breakfast was kept taking me by surpriae. They need to give whoever puts thay together a raise. The indoor pool is clean and in a lovely heated room but the water itself wasn't heated. It reminded me of what swimming's like during summertime. You need a minute to get used to the water. I came with my husband, teenage daughter and her friend for three days during spring break. We had a wonderful time.

Typical Hampton Inn location -- solid service - rooms were clean and comfortable. Nothing remarkable but at the same time you appreciate the consistency as well. Really enjoyed the falls and all the restaurants in the area. I do agree that the Canadian side is the better option imo in terms of both views and accommodations.

I came to Niagra Fall for a getaway. (I didn't know it was going to be so cold) I arrived and was checked in by a real nice young lady who was very professional. Got to the room and it was nice and warm. the bed was very good. the room overall was nice. I would refer my family and friends to this hotel. Breakfast was very good and staff was very helpful.

placed in room 425. not the best location as you can hear the cars on the highway and not for children woth sensory deficit as well. the wall is paper thin. linens werent changed. dirty floor.disappointing stay. breakfast is great, as always

If you don't want to have your trip ruined, DO NOT STAY at this hotel! Extremely obnoxious, rude and disrespectful clerk named Frank has ruined our team's first hockey tournament. After calling the parents degenerates, drunk and irresponsible, and calling police on us, we had no other option than look for a different place. So STAY AWAY from this hotel.
