Great spot for exploring Manhattan. Close to 34th / herald square subway or MSG subways. Walking distance to Morgan Library and Highline; short ride to Times Square, Central Park. Lots of cute coffee shops nearby and very close to Korean eateries on 32nd. Felt safe walking at 10 pm .

I had an incredible experience thanks to Taion Rowe! I had just come from another Hyatt (50 Bowery) where my stay was less than ideal, but Taion completely turned things around. He made sure my check-in was smooth, even allowing me to check in early. Despite one elevator being down, his outstanding hospitality made up for it. He also made my checkout seamless, once again exceeding my expectations. But the amazing service didn’t stop there! After checking in, I went to the bar and met Mo, who was an absolute gem. His hospitality and professionalism were top-notch. I even got to meet the cook, and the entire team at this property really left a lasting impression. The staff here truly operates like a dream team, and they all deserve a raise & recognition for their hard work and dedication. They made my stay feel like a home away from home!

Very comfy pillows ... peaceful atmosphere. Clean rooms... this place really made my vacation more enjoyable. Staff was very helpful. Loved the roof top area even with the bar being closed for the season still enjoying go up there to see the city. This hotel is right in the middle of all of your major attractions mainly got around by walking and having this hotel right outside of Penn Station really made it accessible also loved that they held my luggage until check in so I could explore the city without having to worry if my stuff was going to be okay

Record cold in NYC and the heat didn't work in my room the first night. I stayed 4 nights. It was miserable. They did fix it the next day, but I was charged for a miserable and sleepless night. The staff were all wonderful, but I should not have had to pay for that first night.

It was an excellent stay at Hyatt herald at NYC during my recent visit. The hotel was at a convenient location for me closed to many iconic buildings like Empire State Building and nearby walking distance to Times Square. The staff was helpful as well.
