We reached the hotel around 8 PM in September to stay here for 1 night. We had booked 2 rooms. Luckily we got connecting rooms. The hotel reception area is quite small. I particularly didn't enjoy the reception staff as they were not proactive themselves while checking us in. They even forgot to give us water bottles and gave when asked. The staff definitely needs some training. The rooms are good and basic. Nothing great or extra ordinary about them. The breakfast area has very limited space to sit. The spread is also not great and there are limited options with just 1-2 staff members who supposedly stay in the kitchen and only come out to check once in a while. They had shortage of packaged butter which I highlighted to the staff member but instead of refilling that, she showed me where open butter was kept. When I asked that I need packaged one, the reply I got was "it's the same". I might not prefer this hotel next time but being a hilton honors member, I definitely don't recommend this hotel to be hilton chain worthy.

Stayed here this week and it was fine, nothing spectacular. The front desk staff were very helpful and got us checked in quickly. The bedroom was fine, clean and not too noisy (even with the train occasionally passing by at night). The bathroom was a bit of a problem, however. The floors and tub had cracks in them. The shower didn't really work very well. The faucet would still run when the shower head was on and the water pressure was suboptimal. Pool area was fine, though a bit cold. Would have liked a jacuzzi tub placed there to warm up after a swim. Breakfast was ok as well, but the cinnamon waffles were a standout, very good. Overall, a fine place to put your head down at night and a step up from a Best Western or Motel 6, but not a five star experience by any means.

My original review for this hotel was after 9 weeks of staying with them. Because of their amazing service, kindness and incredible people, I have continued my stay, for a total of 6.5 months and counting, staying every Sunday to Friday for business and I cannot think of another place I would want to stay while in Kingston. They have made this place a home away from home for me. Their kindness goes above and beyond: Niran, the GM comes to greet us every morning with a smile and a handshake, and is always trying to make sure we (myself and my co-workers) are happy. As an example, I have arrived back to my room at the end of the day to find treats and other things left for me to enjoy after a long day. Over the Thanksgiving long weekend, instead of going home, my wife came up to join me and Niran, knowing she'd be with me, surprised us with a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner he had ordered in for us. We arrived back to the hotel after a day in Kingston and were blown away by this act of kindness. The entire crew here is amazing and make you feel right at home; Amit, Lisa, Mel, Kate, Evangeline, Areum, Ganesh, etc., always make your day brighter with a kind welcome and warming smile. I cannot thank them enough for helping to make such a long stay away from home so much easier. I will honestly miss this place when this project is over.

Nice hotel. Rooms were clean and quiet. Their pillows were great. Breakfast options were a bit limited, but the breakfast area was nice & kept clean. Nice sized pool, although we didnât get a chance to swim. Hotel is located in the perfect spot for visiting several towns & historic sites.

My name is Jamila Reid .I arrived at the Hilton and was greeted by Lovley Val with a smile at around 9:30 pm.I was frustrated ,exhausted and tired.I had a fire at my house and my family and I needed a place to stay.Lovely saved the day!She called her manager and was able to accommodate my daughter and husband.The other ladies was very nice as well when I had to extend my stay.Iâm truly thankful for the Hilton provided staff that are friendly,knowledgeably and accommodating .Lovley I thank you and appreciate you for your customer service.
