Be aware of not getting a confirmation nor a reminder from the hotel. Since I got nothing from the hotel, I thought the system was down, so I did not bother contacting them as I did not have a reservation number. Sure enough, they charged me for not showing up. I explained to the manager about the system being down. He would not budge. I asked him why did I not get a reminder email, otherwise I would have cancelled immediately. He never replied back.

This place is sketchy. Despite having a no-smoking policy, my room smells like smoke. I ran out of toothpaste. I went to front desk and asked if (like every normal hotel) they had a small back up toothpaste. They told me that I needed to buy it from the store. I take a very small tube (0.85 ounces) from the store, to the check in counter. They really want to "charge it to my room." I say "no, I will pay with my charge card." They told me that the cost was $3.78. Yep, almost $4.00 for less than an ounce of tooth paste, which is free at any reputable hotels.

Pool doesn't open til 10. I bet you will be gone by then. Pool closes at 8 so if you checkmin and go to dinner... it's closed. Now.. I am glad its not open 24/7. But I think 8 to 10 would be far better than 10 to 8. I always look for a Pool. Now I will need to read the fine print....

We booked this through hotwire hot rate. 3.5 star rating. Never again. This hotel wasn't a 3.5 star. We go there at 9 pm. Checked in. The person checking me in was rude. Checked in. Room 428. The room was dirty. Really old. Not sure how Hot wire could rate this as a 3.5 star. There blankets had a BO smell to it. We slept on top on the sheets and blankets with our clothes on. The mini fridge was making a whining sound all night. I recorded it. I showed the staff in the morning. She wrote it on a pad and paper and said she would speak to maintenance and management. She told me she couldn't do anything about the booking because it was done through hotwire. I called hotwire and made a complaint. Everyone passes the buck. Stay away from this place.

I have traveled extensively and this place is terrible! They claim to have accessible rooms. They had to bring a cot because the beds are extremely high. They also told a person with a walker to use an entrance with stairs. It was a tub, not roll in shower. Elevator is way too loud and people running in and out all night. The weed smoke is coming from multiple rooms. Staff are the most disrespectful I've ever run into. And the restaurant food was nasty. And they expect you to serve yourself. A pint of milk is 3.59 which is more than a gallon of milk in the store. And it is 11pm and people are drunk and loitering around entrances. And there are chicken bones in the parking lot the dog nearly got. Never again! If you need sleep this is not the place!
