Built on 250 acres of woodland in Ulster County this resort features a full-service spa and a 9-hole golf course. Views of Honorâs Havenâs private lake and the Shawangunk Mountains can be admired from the elegant dining room. American European and Asian fine cuisine is served in rich buffets for breakfast lunch and dinner. Special diet menus are available on request. Honor's Haven Resort & Spa offers daily yoga tai-chi and meditation sessions. Several self-consciousness wellness workshops and stress management classes are also available. Its indoor and outdoor pools and a gym featuring Cybex equipment provide leisure opportunities all year round. The stylish rooms at Honorâs Haven are decorated with cream shades red-wood furniture and brocade armchairs. Free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs are standard in each room. Downtown Ellenville is about 2 miles from the resort and the Catskills Mountains are a 20-minute drive away.
