Great hotel, very clean and great staff with the exception of the girl at the front desk I believe her name is Olivia. She is rude and should rethink her career choices. She shouldnât work in hospitality with such attitude and lack of professionalism⊠other than that my stay is đ

WARNING DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! You and your family WILL NOT SLEEP and the HOTEL STAFF WILL DO NOTHING about it! This hotel caters to Hockey Travel Teams. LOUD ON THE WEEKENDS. They even have permanent signs for the Hockey people that states that the parents and the players should not bring their sticks or play hockey in the hallways as well as keep noise down. Expensive time ordered signs by a professional company. The hotel would rather have Hockey Money than yours as they DO NOTHING and let the players parents get SUPER DRUNK, LEAVE THEIR TRASH IN THE HALLWAYS and allow their kids to RAMPAGE the hallways until all hours of the night. SECURITY at this hotel is a JOKE. They should be FIRED. They do nothing and the front desk allows the behaviors. The Core Values and Beliefs of a Hampton / Hilton Hotel Vision is better than this and would be ashamed that this hotel choses to abandon those beliefs along with the comnpany's core values and not kick people out that clearly should not be allowed to stay there. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

We attended this location as it was the hotel we were assigned for our hockey tournament. They seemed to want our money but didn't seem to actually want us there. Our kids were accused of doing things when they were sitting beside us. The night time manager was all over us. We felt like we couldn't do anything right. We felt like we were being harassed. I know hockey teams have reputations at hotels and it seemed that they wanted to accuse us of being those people before anything even happened. Moving forward, our team will request not to be assigned to this hotel. We will actually request they be taken off hockey tournament listing because this hotel actually ruined our experience. The other team that was there with us were writing the tournament for the same reasons. It should be noted we were assigned to this hotel last year as well and it wasn't a great experience then either but we thought maybe it was a one off. We actually requested and were willing to pay for a conference room so we could hang out and have our own space. We were told they were booked. They were actually available all weekend. I've been to many hotels that actually assign conference rooms to teams in order to keep them out of the hallways, public spaces etc. This hotel should not be hosting sports teams.

This hotel was swarmed by large groups during our four night stay. We had three sports teams staying there. It did not matter what time we went to the breakfast area. It was packed out, nowhere to sit, food trays were empty. Housekeeping was nonexistent. On our third day, we called the front desk to ask for service because we were out of toilet paper. We were told that we could come to the front desk for toilet paper. Iâm paying $288 per night. Why would I want to walk around carrying toilet paper? The staff parked a rollaway bed just outside the elevator on our floor and there it remained for the duration of our stay. We had a flimsy shower curtain on a handicap bathroom. Every time we took a shower, we flooded the floor. I sent an email to the GM telling her why we did not enjoy our time there. I was not looking for a refund. I just wanted an explanationâŠnew staff, people out sick, etc. She did not respond which tells me she is part of the problem. Will not stay here again.
