I stay at Marriott LECOM regularly for business. I’m a solo female traveler. I like the valet parking option - friendly service and covered entryway. Car is parked in attached parking garage and delivered quickly after the call. Good location and close to downtown businesses, sports areas and restaurants. Walking distance to some. Connected to Key Bank Arena. Friendly desk agents. Lobby is on 7th floor. Keycard elevator access for guest rooms which is appreciated. Room service menu is limited; offerings a bit strange. Room is large with sitting area and movable table. Nice bathroom with large stall shower. Nice closet and hanging area. My biggest complaint is lighting. Very little lighting in a large room. One hanging lamp with a dim bulb over the sofa and table. No ceiling light in main bed area. Bedside lamps and feature light behind head board. None of which provide nearly enough light. To work in this room, you should bring your own portable light fixture and make up light/mirror.

Great setting and location. Downtown near everything / especially the key center for concerts But how can it be 2024 and internet is unusable ? Tough to sign in, try to charge for it. I am a regular Bonvoy - so pretty loyal customer Pretty serious annoyance.

OMG Terrible service at the bar: Zak was most interested and glued to a sports broadcast rather than tend to customer service, if he's working, ask for a table with a different server that would hopefully offer better customer service: also, Ribeye was mediocre.

Great location for game day or the waterfront area. We’ve stayed multiple times. All area attractions are an easy (<5 minute) walk. Newer style hotel, clean spacious rooms and the M Club Lounge is better than most. Pls let me know if this is helpful.

We returned to this hotel and found the service and staff to be as fantastic in the past. We ran into a booking mix up, which the front desk manager Meghan Marotta patiently helped sort out. She is one of the kindest and most professional staff at a Marriott location, and she and her staff made sure every aspect of our stay was comfortable and memorable. Thank you- we will return!
