Always a nice clean room and comfortable bed. Any issues are immediately taken care of. I always stay here when I'm in town for work. I had a remote issue for the TV and immediately went to the front desk and the staff even cane shown to my room and made sure it worked properly. Always friendly staff..

Visiting family in the Buffalo area and surprised at the lack of hotel rooms (outside the city). I found very little availability and I was surprised at the prices. I paid over $200 (with taxes) for one Saturday night and it was not worth it. No breakfast provided (and, to be honest, breakfast was not advertised). Bathroom sink is in the room and not in the bathroom (weird!). Clerk was competent but not really friendly. I would not stay here again.

We were very pleased with the price, the comfortable beds. Our only negative comment was we w ere surprised that our garbage wasn't removed during our 2 night stay.
