Holiday Inn Binghamton Downtown an IHG Hotel

This guy is amazing from the beginning the customer service was immaculate. staff was great customer service Skillz was highly professional. I actually suggest that if you’re ever in the Binghamton New York area. That you come to this place enjoy.

Every staff member was fantastic. Friendly, personable, hospitable and efficient. The property is updated - looks nice and was very clean. Gym is a good size. Room was quiet, food in the restaurant was good. This property is a great value. Highly recommended if your travels take your to Binghamton!.

Brittany at the front desk was wonderful I had a problem with my reservation and she handled it perfectly. The night manager Ron was also very kind and friendly Hotel is conveniently situated right near downtown Nice size parking lot Coffee is the lobby Nice size pool Nice size gym area

Stayed here on a business trip earlier this week. This is a great hotel with a lot of accommodations on site. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance if you want to go out or you can stay in and have drinks at the hotel bar. The staff was great from the moment we checked in until we checked out. We stayed in a suite since there were two of us traveling, and the rooms were very large and clean! We will definitely be coming back!

Terrific hotel at a reasonable price for two nights. Very good staff who were very helpful, both at the front desk and restaurant and an extremely comfortable bed. Free parking adjacent to the hotel and close proximity to eating establishments.
