Holiday Inn Express Santa Rosa An Ihg Hotel

I had previously had a very bad experience at an other hotel, but this hotel was a step up from that. The first sign that this hotel was it was the amount of people here, and the parking lots were pretty occupied. The pools look well maintained and there is a hot-tub nearby. The lobby has shelf foods that, as of currently, I’m unsure if it’s free or paid. There is also forks and spoons in the lobby. The rooms have plenty of plug ins, a fridge, microwave, TV, closet, and so on. The showers don’t leak and they provide good soap. The only bad experience I’ve had was really the fact that I found wet towels in the shower when it hadn’t been used yet to my knowledge, and the TV remotes being weird. This is the hotel.

Large room. Comfortable bed. Pillows were long and horrible. I did not sleep well. Small TV. A/C & Internet worked well. Hot breakfast was good. If not for the pillow situation I would have given it a 5. Friendly reception. Easy check in and out.

We paid double the price to stay here and our stay here was going fine until the morning. We stay here because of the cinnamon rolls. They were out of them and the pancake machine was also broken. And I paid double the price for this hotel. The meat looked fake

Charged our Tesla in their parking lot. My friend’s husband returned to the car stating they told him there are no public restrooms. I told her I was charging a tesla which I pay a fee. Then the employee stated, “You are a Tesla customer”.

This hotel is an older facility. This was the fourth HI we had stayed in on our trip. While the accommodations were adequate, they were not up to what we had experienced at two other HI facilities, but better than another HI facility we had stayed at. This was the most expensive of the four. The free breakfast was very good. Don't know that I will be traveling thru Santa Rosa again, but will more than likely try one of the other facilities in Santa Rosa.
