The rooms are clean. The breakfast was decent. The employees are courteous. I left my AirPods and 40$ on the stand and the housekeeper turned in both. They mailed them to me minus the 40$ I gave to the housekeeper. Honesty pays. I didnât even realized I had left the 40$ until the hotel called to tell me I left both items. The house keeper saved me 200$ so giving the house keeper the 40$ was the least I could do. I always try and stay at the Baymount when in Hobbs, NM. It is definitely my favorite hotel. This experience has me sold in this Hotel when in Hobbs. It is a great model.

As always, the same disappointing hotel experience by Wyndham. Extreme unprofessionalism by most staff members, broken items in hotel room (phone AND alarm clock) right next to the "we are going to charge you for items missing" sign, holes in the ONE bath-sized hotel towel I was allowed, and many missing breakfast items such as every kind of juice and non-heal bread. The front lobby area and pigeon porch disgusted me. Any attempt to sit outside was sickening. The "catio" where the pool and unworking hot tub was poorly maintained and hardly lit at all. The floor tiles in the lobby entry way are poorly installed and a tripping hazard. The hanging mounts in the breakfast area have acquired more dust and hair on them since becoming deceased. Let's not even begin to describe the excessive mold growing on the shower tiles and poorly installed tub insert. I can only image why that was there and how much mold and ick was under it as it was installed improperly. I just can't believe you're asking more questions. I doubt there will be any improvements and still another "best hotel" award will be made for 2025 and put up on the check in wall for yet another stellar year. If the business center has a printer with no cable, no ink, and no paper. Does it really have a printer? I'm fairly certain all the staff lives in the hotel. This including a few teenage girls that were running around playing volleyball in the gym area at 10-11 pm on a Friday night. As they passed our group of mostly adult males, they made rude and snarky comments.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks on a business trip. Have been coming for years. The rooms were very clean as usual and breakfast was so much better then the regular menu at other other hotels. Staff was very friendly anything that I asked for was given to me. Thank you guys again.

The Staff were very rude and unfriendly unwilling to make things right because I used a 3rd party to book the room. . They put us in a different room because the room I booked was taken when the people staying there the previous night decided to extend their stay. The Room was dirty upon arrival and they refused to clean it due to us being an âextendedâ stay.

Terrible experience, keycard issue, bathroom smells, hallway smells, bad breakfast, manager told staff to only give us one towel, manager brought daughter to work, unprofessional. Alarms going off for 45minutes, staff wasnât trained well at all.
