Casa del Sol Motel

Good location between piers. Clean updated rooms. Pool was small but clean. A little loud at night but less than a block from the boardwalk so that's to be expected. Excellent AC. Great customer service. Simon was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We will be back!

This was our first time staying at Casa Del Sol and we couldn't be happier! The location is perfect! We walked out our door and onto the boardwalk. It's right at the ramp to Mack's Pizza and The Fudge Factory. The pool is on the second level overlooking Ocean Ave and there is also a large sitting area. Parking was great and the staff is wonderful. They exceeded our every need and were super friendly. Our room was clean and spacious and quiet. We will definitely be staying here in the future.

The location is excellent, but the service and hygiene standards are aligned with those of a third world country. Room was dusty and moldy. The bed sheets were stained. We also found sand and hair dispersed throughout both beds. Told the manager the following morning (discovered too late to tell him the night prior), who then insisted they were clean and claimed the “environment” made the sheets sandy. I asked for the sheets to be changed; he said he would comply but never did so. Our concerns were met only with sorry excuses. I am astounded that this business is operational.

Love this place so much. Perfect for what we needed. We spent the weekend here. Owner and family super friendly and accommodating. Right next to the board walk. Perfect for a motel. It served its purpose. This is perfect a day on the beach or at the pool. Board walk at night. Only thing we needed the room for was to shower and sleep. Can't expect anything more when you go to wildwood. You use the rooms to sleep while you enjoy the scenery at night and beach or pool during the day. Will definitely come here again. Worth the money we paid for.

Hotel is terrible. Beds felt like you were sleeping on plywood. There is not enough parking for hotel guests so if you find a space do not leave. No housekeeping for clean towels. Shower goes from burning hot to freezing cold without touching dial. Thank god my kid is old enough. Ice machine broken. Person working at office only works three hours a day so don’t expect to reach anyone. We had to stay there for sports tournament and stayed in July. Paid 700 for the weekend. No hair dryer. They don’t provide any toiletries.
