Nasty and roach infested. Staff was not great. Take my advice and stay away. There are so many other nicer places to stay. We traveled over 800 miles to come for vacation. We had a few bath sheets we brought with us for the beach and I noticed they were missing. I asked the front desk and they said they would speak to house keeping. I heard nothing. The next day I was coming out of my room and the housekeepers had their supply closet open so I peeked in and there was our towels. I complained again and was told that they must have picked them up thinking they were theirs to be laundered. Okay well our huge towels look nothing like the dinky stained white ones they had. Nasty nasty place

Mickalia at the front was amazing!5 of us top floor room 515,washer/dryer beside us,paid $100 deposit n got bck after rm inspection upon leaving, It is a comfortable affordable place, below us was loud but wasn't a bother.Right on beach n walkin dist to wat we needed.will stay again it had all we needed. Not fancy but livable.Got wat we needed by calling front desk,no bother, food delivered from close places, view amazing.Kids loved the pool.will go back! If u want affordable place to stay on the beach not a lot of people but can't afford a ton of money then stay here.only thing not liked, TV in entrance room with 1 bed but air cond in 2nd room with 2 beds.We bought 2 fans and it kept us comfortable other than the it had all we needed n water stayed HOT which is a plus! Stove, fridge, microwave, dishes, pans, silverware, soap, shampoo all u need with walmart 2 blocks behind u.

well, it seems this was the worst vacation I've ever had; we went to our room and when i saw what this place looked like i was disgusted. i went to go out my room and the doorknob came off so we was stuck in the room, tried to call front desk but the phone didn't work. finally got out of the room and walk to front desk to complaint and they sent someone to fix the knob and he said the phone wires in the wall were broken so we had no phone. on top of all that the floors were nasty we found German roaches and had no hot water for the first night. If that wasn't enough the motel guest were loud and noise, the people next to our room were blasting music all hours of the day and night and smoking weed, i couldn't even sit on my balcony without smelling weed, i went to the front desk to complain again and the girl said the police are here always here during this time of year, which was Memorial Day weekend, she said it's a black biker rally they have. While we were gone one day we heard from a guest that the swat team had raided a room above ours, i had my kids and granddaughter who was 2 there and i had to worry about the people staying there hurting my family, so needless to say i lost about $1000 dollars for the week we stayed cause i have medical issues that require me not to be around smoke of any kind. we left early and they refused to give us any kind of refund and i can promise you this ill never ever stay at this place again. bad thing is this is a privately owned motel so the management don't give a crap and wouldn't refund our money. do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay even if you have to spend more money on the room at least you will have a nicer vacation.

This place was a nightmare from the moment we stepped on the property. They charged us a $100 cash only deposit, that wasn’t listed online, just because we booked through a 3rd party and not directly through them. Which by the way they advertise $65 per night on their front office window, which is why they have the clientele they have. While we were there we witnessed 2 separate drug overdoses, I have photos! The room was disgusting, not clean at all, lots of damage, also have photos. The “ocean view” is a large window by the door that is on the sidewalk so if you want to view the ocean from your room everyone walking by at the motel can also view the inside of your room, what a joke. Smelled like weed outside my room the entire time. And lots of what appeared to be permanent residents there. When I first checked in my room smelled so nasty that I asked to be switched but the attendant said I booked a smoking room (it was the only option, and I honestly didn’t notice or even realize there was a such thing as smoking rooms these days!) she said “you get what you pay for”. I said “are you serious?” And she looked me dead in then eye and repeated it. Unreal. This place is the worst place I have ever stayed. Unsafe, nasty, dirty, rude, please please please do not stay here.

If I could give this place is zero or below that I would. We booked our room through the Hopper app. Everything was secured paid for almost $1000
for just three nights, and we check out on the fourth day. We showed up and so we get in the elevator did not work, and unless you book your room through the motels website you don’t get told that.. But we showed up and went to check in after driving all the way from Columbus Ohio, which is 9 1/2 hours and the lady in the office proceeded to tell us we didn’t have a reservation with them !!!!!??? So I proceeded to show her everything I had give her both codes that I had for the confirmation and the reservation and she completely did not care acted like she could not do anything for me and did not care that we just came 9 1/2 hours . I then got a hold of the Hopper VIP customer service, which beware you have to pay extra just to get a hold of someone if something like this happens to you because you can NOT get a hold of them otherwise, told me that my reservation was good everything should’ve worked. Maybe the hotel just didn’t receive it yet she would call and verify to the woman in the office that we did in fact, pay that much and the woman in the office proceeded to tell her it’s not her problem and she’s not doing anything about it that we’re SCREWED OUT OF AN OCEANFRONT DOUBLE QUEEN BED room.. SMFH AND ON TOP OF THAT AFTER PAYING ALMOST $1000 WHEN WE SHOWED UP THEY HAVE A $59 WALKEN SIGN IN THE WINDOW SO DO NOT BOOK HERE AND WATCH USING THESE OUTSIDE WEBSITES BECAUSE THEY DON’T ALWAYS SAVE YOU MONEY .
