Extended Stay America Suites Hanover Parsippany

Don’t. Beds are rock hard. Room shows a lot of wear and is not clean. No extra blankets in the room. Heard yelling from a fighting couple the entire night (12-7). No fitness room on site. Halls and elevators were dirty and extremely smelly. The only plus were soft pillows.

Just go somewhere else. Here are some of the perks staying at this particular ESA 1. Continuous smell of pot and urine. 2. Cold showers frequently as in not a drop of hot water. Whenever I have questioned this, per the front desk just let it run. Nope never gets hot. Other times when I have stayed there it’s hot water is warm at best. 3. Housekeeping often leaves you the last guest food items. I can not tell you how many times I have checked into a room and have found leftover food items in The fridge. 4. Their idea of grab and go breakfast. Chocolate chip muffin or nutrigrain bar. Other days blueberry muffin and nutrigrain bar. Cold coffee and maybe hot water. Maybe I should take some of that water to shower with. Make sure you are there before 7 otherwise there is nothing left. 5. This is a valid one- great location. So after spending a month at this hotel off/on for business hoping that it will get better after my current stay I do not think I will be staying here anymore. I really enjoy a hot shower and since I can’t get one here I’ll find someplace that can. I’m not expecting the 4 seasons but I do feel that my complaints are valid and this hotel just does not meet my expectations.

I wish that I could give them a ZERO!!!!! Our room had no toilet paper or wash clothes. I went to the desk and was told we have a toilet paper shortage but we have a few rolls back here but we do not have any wash clothes "sorry". Then I take the bathroom trash can out from under the sink so I can change the bag and find a male sex toy hidden behind the trash can. Thankfully my special needs child did not find it. Needless to say I will never stay at an extended stay america again. It is obvious that they do not clean the rooms after customers leave.

Worst place ever. About the worst room I ever had. Smelled when we went in. Shower was moldy, cabinets were dirty and drawers didn't all close. Rug had stains all over. Hallway was dark and dingy, rug dirty. I would absolutely look for another hotel nearby.

The manager and staff here are very friendly, and very helpful. Enjoyed my time here. Any time we needed something, they took care of it. We got to kno the staff on a first name basis and it made our stay here more personable
