The Westin Mount Laurel

We booked on Priceline and expected that price. When we checked in they charged us $7 for parking?! The parking lot is huge, plenty of spots but no where near the main entrance. How can you pay online for a hotel and then the hotel charges additional charges?! There was a wet area on the rug at the foot of one of the beds. Water spots and/or smudges on surfaces, phones. The refrigerator is extremely small and no freezer for ice packs. You literally can’t stand up a water bottle. I have never seen a refrigerator this tiny. I would have let most of these things slide but after paying through Priceline and then having the hotel charges additional fees is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! So annoyed!

Unfortunately our visit was for a funeral with several of our family members coming from out of town thus we needed several rooms. I called the hotel ahead of time to see if our rooms could all be on the same floor and they said they would try to accommodate my request. I additionally spake with (im guessing) it was the events people at the hotel, but what they were proposing was out of my budget and didn't quite meet our needs. The front desk was very nice and helpful on the phone. Upon arrival, Check-in was very easy and the front desk people were very friendly and made the experience painless. We had drinks in the bar and the bartenders were great. I managed to run into the Food and Beverage manager, Ramy, and spoke with him about what I was trying to do. ( have a little get together for some family after the funeral with light snacks) He told me what he could do and gave me a price. It was exactly what I needed! It was set up very nicely! We gathered in the area to the left side of the bar and restaurant where there were couches, a very relaxing place. It was perfect! ...and close enough to the bar for those who wanted something stronger than tea. Ramy and the staff woukd check and make sure there was enough food and bring more if needed. They even packed up some to go boxes for us to enjoy later! The rooms were great and I thought the beds to be very comfortable. Besides Ramy, I'd like to give a shout out to Crystal and the rest of the front desk staff (they all were so very nice! Just talking to Crystal will make you smile!) and I believe his name is Larry (or Bob) who we chatted with extensively in the bar. I would definitely stay there again. Thank to EVERYONE for all their help!!!!

We had a great stay at the Westin. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and friendly. Anthony and Arsany (front desk) were fantastic - super helpful in answering questions and providing information on the hotel's amenities. The bartenders, Bob and Missy, were very personable and fun to talk with. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet has a large selection of hot and cold dishes and the food was delicious! Although the fitness room was small, it had enough equipment to get an adequate workout. We highly recommend staying here if you are in the Mount Laurel area.

I attended the Elite Consulting event and I’m so thankful I did! Missy and Ramy H. were absolutely amazing! The service and entire vibe were top notch. I am definitely recommending Westin Mount Laurel to my friends and family! I will be back soon!

I was at a seminar. NJASBO! Apr 15. We meet there 5 -7 times a year. The staff is always so wonderful and helpful Bernadette and Korrine were lovely, friendly and took great care of us. I recommend this hotel to all my business colleagues. Thank you.
