No room service . food vendors closed in showboat we Had to walk hard rock (closest) Outdoor carnival closed early Crowded water park people skipping line couldn’t get on most rides lazy river was packed . Big kids running around No Ice on our floor

The beds had no fitted sheets so we slept on a matress.(sheet came off during sleep) Bottom matress cover was dirty. Bathroom sink was broken. Water didn't turn on. Waterpark was over crowded. Couldn't get on any water rides. Smell of weed. Teens screaming looking like they were going to fight. Paint chipping off of bathroom ceiling. Smell of mold. I swear the Waterpark was over capacity. Fire safety hazard. Then, $25 a day for parking was ridiculous. Overall bad experience. $19 for a burrito. Just stay at the Hard Rock Casino. Will not be booking another room again.

The hotel is very ran down and dated. But what made this trip horrible is the water park. Water park was very pack everything was a line the pool was so packed , basically elbow to elbow in this baby size pool. A bunch of seats to eat but none if you just need a sit with your family to be by the water. I wanted to leave a hour in cause the place was over crowded. Waste of money . Then if you can imagine the water park imagine the arcades. You have a bunch of teenager just sitting on the arcades not playing them just sitting on them. Kids will be kids but no security was stopping this. We purchased the game card by time which I advise not to do. Cause most of the time you’ll be waiting in line to play the game. A horrible experience you better off going to Dave and buster and a hotel with a pool and call it a day. Do not recommend. This will be my first and last time definitely regret the money that was spent.

Horrible stay- planned to go to waterpark and stay 2 nights with extended family of 10 people. Cut trip short after overcrowding in hotel and waterpark after first day. How can they be allowed to have hotel and water park way over capacity limits?! Water park was dangerously crowded. Sardines in pool and lines extremely long. Definitely a hazard all around. And besides that hotel and rooms smelled of smoke. Rooms are NOT updated as pictured on website. Paid for an ocean view that was not there. Didn’t even have the energy to complain because we had to get out of there.

Purchased hotel to get water park tickets package. Really was unnecessary because the water park tickets were on Groupon . It was so packed it was disappointing how can there allow so many people in at once .?The hotel was disgusting the rugs was horrible the crowd of people lord Jesus. Bad experience
