I never thought I would stay at a themed hotel. This place was awesome!!! So much attention to detail and fun themes. Very clean and quiet. When comparing pricing of other hotels in there, this one was similar in price to chain hotels but the experience was so much more elevated. We are still talking about what a great stay that was!

This is the best hotel room we have ever stayed in! The paintings on the walls of the Jungle room were absolutely beautiful! We sat in the hot tub and enjoyed looking at the walls. The bed was just the right softness. The breakfast in the breakfast nook was a special finally to a fantastic stay. We will have to find a reason to go to Pocatello again so we can experience another beautiful room!

Who would have thought that Pocatello, Idaho, would now be one of my favorite vacation destinations? Restaurants were wonderful, and this hotel is absolutely incredible. When we checked out, they gave us a tour of some other rooms, and now I want to stay in every single one! (Before I saw them I really wanted to come back and stay in the Mayan Jungle Room (the one we stayed in)(and I would love to stay in it again!)

This is a First Rate place to stay. We stayed in the Rocky Mountain Cabin which is a 2-story room. Walked to dinner and brought dessert back to eat in the room. Lots of room with many places to sit, lounge, and relax. Quick & easy check-in. Quiet, clean and comfortable.

I am super glad that I discovered the Black Swan Inn! I travel to Pocatello for work once a year and the Black Swan Inn is the highlight of my year. The detail in each room is incredible! The staff is also super welcoming. The themed rooms allow me to completely relax and unwind after multiple days of meetings.
