I was on a quick ski trip and stayed one night with my wife and kids. The check in process was seamless and quick. The cleanliness was exceptional. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was open 10 minutes early, and the quality and variety was great for this type of hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is fantasticâeasily superior to others in the immediate area. As someone who has stayed here multiple times, often in the spacious two-room suite, I can confidently say itâs a perfect choice when visiting my Dartmouth student. The location is incredibly convenient, with a supermarket right next door. This makes it easy to pick up snacks and wine, which the suite is perfect for enjoying in the evening -comfortable, relaxing, and with all the amenities youâd need to feel at home. The complimentary buffet breakfast in the morning is a bonus, offering a nice variety of options to start the day. Everything about the hotel meets the standards youâd expect from Marriott. My top tip: BOOK EARLY! Rooms in the Dartmouth area fill up quickly, often months in advance of events, so securing your reservation ahead of time is a must. Go BIG GREEN.

I was in Lebanon for my wife's surgery and had planned one night. I stayed at another Honors hotel we had which didn't work out neither did my wife's surgery. Hence, if I needed an extended stay it wasn't going to be at the. HGI. I went to Residence Inn and John immediately helped me was empathetic, understanding, helpful, and made a very nerve racking stack comfortable. Looks like my wife will be released today with a device. Thank you RI and great job John and others.

My large studio suite was beautiful, with huge bed, easy walk in bathroom/shower, kitchenette, and big, flat screen TV that could be pivoted A hot and cold breakfast is provided in the morning as part of the room price. The selections of food were very good, even though I didn't have much time to check it all out due to getting to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center (conveniently across the street, not too far) for a new doctor's visit. The only negative thing about this hotel was the alarm clock box on the bedside table. My brother and I had a hard time figuring it out. There was no regular time, hour and minute buttons to press to set the current time. Buttons were for bluetooth, alarm and radio, which I didn't need. So I had to tap my smartphone to see the time. This is why I gave a four instead of five stars. I was hoping a regular clock radio would be in the room, but I didn't bother to ask the front desk person.

I am a traveling nurse working at a local hospital and thought I would give this place a try. My first impression was that it was a very nice place to stay. The front desk person was friendly, polite and informative. There were some complimentary cookies in the lobby but they were burnt and inedible! My suite was spacious and clean. I tried using the bathroom sink but the plunger was stuck down and it wouldn't drain no matter what I tried. The next morning I spoke to the front desk woman about the stuck drain and she behaved as if I were a simpleton that didn't know how to open a sink drain. I informed her that I had tried everything to fix it and it wouldn't open and to please see about fixing it while I was working. When I returned back to my room after work the bathroom sink was now working fine, but nobody had come to clean or replenish my coffee maker items. Is this too much to ask for in a $200/night room. The following morning I had no creamers or sugar to be able to make my coffee. I thought well I'll just go down to the breakfast area and get coffee there, but much to my dismay the breakfast area doesn't open until 7am on Saturdays! I couldn't even get coffee! Unfortunately, I have to be at work at 7am! As a residence Inn located less than a mile from a large Medical Center that accommodates traveling medical workers, you would think they would know that workers need to be able to get breakfast early no matter what day of the week it is. When I expressed my unhappiness about it to the same front desk woman, she simply shrugged. Perhaps the manager of this hospitality establishment should teach the employees how to be more hospitable! I will definitely be looking at other options for staying in the area while I'm working there.
