This is the view from our suite on the 22 nd floor of the Vdara on the side NOT facing the Bellagio Fountains. Not the prettiest view, but nice to see the mountains. Directly below (the circular lights) is the drive up to the Aria, across the way and the drive up to the Vdara directly below us.

Great stay! Check-in was easy, vallet parking, huge room and an amazing view. We were surprised by how quiet the room was. Close to everything, relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff. Everything was great. Had a great stay, would stay again!

We've stayed at the Vdara a number of times before and loved it, but this time it showed no availability whereas Jet Luxury, who rent our rooms in the hotel which are privately owned, had some rooms available, so we went with that option. It seemed to us that we just did not get the same level of service from the Vdara staff as we weren't staying in the rooms they look after as part of the hotel, but effectively private accommodation. We also had an issue with the shower but although I reported it no one came to fix it. One benefit was that you don't pay for valet parking with Jet Luxury, as it's included in the cost, and the room was the same as the room I would have booked if I'd have gone direct with Vdara, so it's not a bad option if you want to pay less or Vdara has no availability, just don't expect the same service.

Jet Luxury had rooms (they rent out owned condo rooms in the hotel) available at Vdara that we couldn't get through the hotel so we tried it. The value was good but the service was terrible. Vdara blamed Jet Luxury and Jet Luxury blamed Vdara. Anyway we waited 3-4 hours to get our room beyond the normal checkin time. We were exhausted from attending meetings elsewhere and wanted to stay at Vdara for rest and relaxation before returning home. We love Vdara and normally have no check in issues when booking through the hotel. We got to our room so late we had to cancel our dinner reservations at our favorite LV restaurant (Paleo) and entertainment plans. There was no room service (there used to be but who knows why a great hotel does not have this) so we had to go out and pick up food. Vdara was kind enough to give us a $150 credit against food/wine purchases and we look forward to booking with them directly in the future. Jet Luxury offered us nothing.

Hello friends, Jet Luxury is a privately (individual) owned rooms (condos) OF Vdara! You might think, you have made a hotel reservation, but that is not true. You have rented a condo from a private party through Vdara website. It is a big hoax. Now, when you go there and if you run into any problems, like we did (We walked into a wet carpet room), Vdara will not take responsibility. You can scream as much as you want, they will say "Well, you made a reservation with Jet Luxury!". To save time and headache, stay away from this con-arts. There are zillions of other hotels you can book in Las Vegas!
