This is an extended stay hotel with a full kitchen, yet there was no dishwashing soap or powder to wash the dishes, either by machine or manually. Also, only about half of the tv selections are actually subscribed to, so even tho it appears there is a channel to watch, there is not one. It needs a rooms refurbishment big time!

I stayed here mid April and didn't start off very well. When I arrived at the airport and called the hotel for pick up, a male hotel employee said it would be 20 minutes until they arrived to get me. After 35 minutes I called again. This time a woman (no one ever uses their name when answering the hotel phones here), said it would be another 10 minutes, never apologizing and covering for the male I spoke with 45 minutes before, saying there were many men who worked at the front desk (the whole time I was there I only saw one). I called at the 55 minute mark and the same female pickled up the phone. I asked her why she lied to me and said she didn't lie, but that the shuttle driver just "blew me off..." How would anyone respond to an answer like that? About 10 minutes later a manager named Luis came to pick me up and another guest who was waiting. He did apologize. Three words you will never hear at your hotel here are "please, thank you". The day before check out, I asked a middle aged woman working in the afternoon front desk if I could have a 1 pm late check out. Without even asking my status or looking up my room number, she said, "no". He reason was because on Sunday, the hotel had a massive check in and was busy. I looked on the Hilton app 2 minutes after she said that, and found they were offering all room discounts with rates lower than the one I stayed on. Most travelers today are pretty sophisticated and know when they're being played or lied to. This is one of the reasons why I am no longer loyal to Hilton to the degree I was 5-10 years ago. Loyalty means nothing any more, so why be loyal to them?

We recently stayed at this hotel while preparing for a long trip and found it to be overall clean and quiet. However, the breakfast experience was incredibly disappointing. Breakfast was advertised from 7 to 9 AM, but by 8 AM, most of the food was already gone. The kitchen was severely understaffed, with only one person attempting to prepare meals for a building with over 300 rooms. To make matters worse, the staff complained about having only one oven to serve such a large number of guests and not having enough food to accommodate everyone and her suggestion was if you want breakfast you have to get up earlier.Guests were left waiting in line for over 30 minutes just for food. Instead of being apologetic, the staff member in the kitchen was rude, frequently voicing frustration about the situation. The general attitude was dismissive, offering a casual âweâre doing the best we canâ without showing much care for the guests. If breakfast is important to your stay, I recommend looking elsewhere. Otherwise, the hotel itself was fine for a quiet nightâs rest.

This is not my first stay at a Hilton property, but it is undoubtedly the most disappointing experience I have ever had. I am genuinely surprised this hotel is rated as 4 stars, as the quality falls far below expectations. Firstly, the room was uncleanâthe carpet had an unpleasant odor, and the bedsheets were not only smelly but also stained. When I requested a replacement, I was given another set with the same issues. Shockingly, while talking to them at the front desk, the staff required me to bring the blankets down to the lobby to prove the condition, which was both inconvenient and unprofessional. Additionally, itâs clear that the hotel has not invested in upgrading its furnishings, as they appear old and heavily used. To make matters worse, the staff lacked basic hospitality skills; there were no smiles, no warmth, and no courtesy in their interactions with guests. Overall, I am deeply disappointed with this Hilton experience.

We stayed here for one night after arriving in Las Vegas. It is close to the airport however our room was very quiet and we couldn't hear the planes. The check-in person was friendly. Our room was on the 3rd floor in a separate building. We requested high up. The huge king room suite came with kitchenette, table and chairs, sofa, huge king bed, door to separate toilet and shower. We had a view of the pool. The bed was very comfy bed, nice powerful shower, good hairdryer. There was a loud aircon unit which could not be turned off. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast which was until 10am on a Saturday. They had a waffle maker and good porridge oats. There was building work going on around the hotel so the road layout by Google was incorrect. You drive in entrance for Tru Hilton hotel to get to Homewood Suites. We would definitely stay here again and we would have for the last night at the end of our trip except the prices were too expensive.
