Overall the room was clean, but biggest issue we had was the shuttle to the strip that was supposed to leave every hour on the hour was never available, and the hours constantly changed, we stayed 4 nights, and it was different every night. They don’t shuttle to airport, but will tell you that their shuttle is at the airport 5-6 times you call. You can stay anywhere with the quality of room they have. The left elevator in the building had an issue with the doors not closing for more than 30 seconds at a time. For a new hotel this close to the strip, you’d expect more reliability. In the morning, when grabbing coffee and a bagel the woman working at the counter handed me a receipt for a tip, (I self served everything, she did nothing) and acted disappointed when I balled it up. Won’t be staying here again.

This HGI really hit all the marks. Quiet hotel off the strip on Dean Martin Way but still close to all the action. Hotel is clean, updated and very well kept. Rooms and buffet breakfast were good. This one stands out as one of the better HGI hotels. As I only stayed 1 night I can’t comment on the amenities. Shuttle bus ran well and both drivers I had were phenomenal. They really set the tone for the stay and what you can expect from the entire staff who are genuinely friendly there. Great staff! I’ll likely return. Thanks for the great stay.

Jacque is the best of all staff she is shinny star, they all are very kindly, I like the hotel is near to the street, the breakfast is very good, and the rooms are confortable, the only thing that i add to the breakfast and could be better if they add pancakes or wafles

Everyone that works here is so friendly and nice! I was here for 9 nights and the employees treated me like an old friend! The hotel shuttle will take you to the strip, but it is an easy walk over. I would not stay anywhere else out here! Ash at the front desk could not have been sweeter and Jackie, the driver, was wonderful!
