Awful experience staying at this hotel Manager pointed out this is not a Marriott Hotel so no you done get any benefits or anything for being a Gold Elite member of Marriott Bonvoy Room was so old and the bed was so uncomfortable You could hear people talking next door Air conditioning too loud to leave on so woke up far too hot Clearly this should not be represented as a Marriott Hotel I would never stay there again

Don’t usually write reviews but felt this was important for management to see; believe this property is not being properly supported. Lighting in bathroom was awful, supplies were empty, (shower and tissue box), I had to clean the remote as it was visibly dirty. Bistro breakfast was expected but I paid $28 for a mini Chobani, plain bagel, latte and fruit cup. In the business area in the lobby they have stacks of books on the shelves but they look like stacks of trash without cover or spine. It’s a bizarre design choice. This Courtyard feels like they are cutting corners.

I've been a Marriot member for over 20 years and this was the worst condition I've experienced for a Marriot resort. The shower was full of mold and dirty. The rooms are old and in need of complete restoration. Hugely disappointing experience.

Spent one night at this property while attending the Panthers Raiders game. Hotel is within walking distance to the stadium. Hotel was clean and the staff at check-in was fairly friendly. Dining options on the foods is plentiful overall a great experience.

A 500 dollar worth package that was sent to me "disappeared", elevator didn't work for almost a week. As well as the laundry machine and the ice vending machine. Worst hotel ever. I contacted hotel management and Marriott's customer care but they refuse to investigate the matter.
