Rooms are okay. The conditioner was broke off the shower wall. Room smells like Petco. There was hair in the tub. Only one elevator works. Starbucks in the morning was a nightmare, Melanie did great, however, there definitely needs to be more than one employee on a busy Saturday morning.

This hotel is disgusting. Our room was so dirty we couldn’t even sleep in it . There was over 2 inches of dust in the baseboards and behind the bedside tables . We asked them to clean the room and tney claimed they did but no one ever did. Do not stay at this hotel. It is gross !

Mackenzie made our stay memorable shout out to you for going up and beyond for us thank you ❤️🫶🏼. We loved everything!; I highly recommend double tree downtown Omaha for its cozy rooms, friendly staff(Mackenzie), serene atmosphere and customer service. A big thumbs up!

First, Brooke the front desk worker was so helpful and so nice, she definitely made me feel so relaxed and comfortable about my stay. The rooms are so clean and relaxing as well. Definitely will come back. Maybe even for a much longer stay next time and bring my family.

Filthy hotel. Be prepared to ride the elevator with people obviously on meth. Be prepared for gross room, mold in shower, no water pressure. Food beyond disgusting. Very nice staff, feel very badly for them, they are doing their best. Hilton should be very embarrassed for the brand.
