It’s very rare that I write reviews but I was so displeased by the level of customer service, I felt it was necessary. We booked a hotel room through Travelocity- driving from Texas, we knew we were going to arrive late. We called the hotel to notify them and they assured us that was fine and would charge our card when we arrived. When we finally arrived, it was 1:30 am, mind you we were traveling with our three year old daughter. We arrive to the lobby door which was locked. The front office associate wouldn’t even open the door to speak with us and kept pointing to a sign that said “no vacancy” we explained that we booked the hotel and called around 7pm that we would be arriving late. He claimed they tried to charge our card on file around 4pm and it was declined. When we spoke to the other front desk associate on the phone, this was not brought to our attention (if that was even the truth). They didn’t bother calling us when the card didn’t “go through” and they didn’t even recommend paying for the room to ensure it would be held. We were turned away without any empathy or sincere apology. No discount for future stays, etc. Piss poor communication and customer service at this hotel!

This is obviously an older motel that has been updated with some modern conveniences. The updates have been nicely done, and include a kitchenette in each room. The beds were comfortable, and the A/C worked very well. For the price, the room was a great deal. I inadvertently booked a smoking room (I had kind of forgotten such a thing existed) and the young lady behind the desk quickly took care of it for me. She was very friendly and obviously good at her job. Overall, we were very satisfied with everything about this hotel
 price, comfort, cleanliness, upkeep
 it was all good. Two thumbs up. -The PowerTrippers

Very nice and clean place. Great value and would stay here again. Beds and Pillows very nice. Fixtures updated except tub which had staines where non-slip stickers had worn off. Provided a non-slip pad that was stained. Did not use. Towels not very fluffy but clean. Several of electrical plugs did not work. Overall very nice especially for price.

Last minute decision to stay here after looking at the Motel 6. Clean, basic room. Nice size fridge. No carpet is a plus! No breakfast provided. Front desk staff friendly. A deposit of $50 is charged at check-in and then refunded to the credit card.

Stayed in room 106. Carol at front desk was easy to work with. Very basic room but very clean! Laminate flooring rather than carpet. Larger than usual refrigerator. Had sink, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Bright lighting. Great water pressure and shower head. Wifi was fine. No breakfast or coffee in the office.
