The Westin Jackson

Mariah was exceptional. She went to my car twice to help with loading as I went to the courthouse. She had everything ready for me to exit quickly. This was helpful as I had to make two trips as my phone wasn't allowed in the federal court building.

Sharrod Griffin was fantastic! He helped me with everything from the time I was at the Weston Jackson, until the time I left. It’s always a pleasure staying at the Westin Jackson. If you’re ever in town make sure you stop by and check out their awesome hotel.

Nice comfortable king size be in room 325. Quiet location and convenient to downtown. Although we were there on a vacation, hotel seems to cater to business meeting. Reception are was most welcoming. Elevators were prompt. The restaurant for both breakfast and dinner were quite good.

On the busiest of Saturday mornings in Jackson we had reservations at the Westin. All the streets were closed off but we got lucky and ran across David. He was so nice ( we got lucky running into him, We will plan better next time ) to escort us to the front door of the hotel. A beautiful hotel it is nicely decorated with very interesting art work. The room was gorgeous and bed super comfy and plush. They have it all in one place , great bar, great restaurant and very friendly, helpful staff. Shout out to Avisha at the front desk. Also these guys probably don't get a lot of recognition but the Valet guys were very quick and super friendly. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back.

This was a visit for a large group that was fortunate enough to be able to use this hotel after our previous LONG time facility simply could not deliver on promised services. With only 3 weeks of preparation, this property stepped up, was professional and friendly and gave us a welcome that we hope to continue for many years to come. From the great welcoming valets, the friendly front desk, the delicious food at Estelle's, the incredible wait staff all the way to the beautifully appointed rooms. If you have the chance, Soul Spa on the property is a true experience worth booking. The Westin Jackson is a beautiful property with a gallery of Mississippi Artists that aligns the grand hallway.
