Every interaction with the hotel staff was extremely positive, helpful, and professional, including calls I made prior to arrival. The lobby area and hallways on the main floor were clean and well-kept. The room was very clean and comfortable, looked newly renovated, with comfy bedding. Plenty of towels, too. We did not use the kitchen equipment, but I noticed it was sparkling clean with all the basics provided. I liked that the window shades were new and we could make it very dark in the room -- good for sleeping. I must admit that I was I was a bit apprehensive when we first drove up from behind the hotel, because evidently renovations are ongoing and some equipment and materials were in the parking lot. However, the front of the hotel and the front parking lots were well maintained, clean, and welcoming. We were extremely pleased, and I will gladly book again! A couple of suggestions: Some guests don't like pump bottles of shampoo and body wash, so please provide a bar of soap, too. (I assume I could have asked for bar soap at the front desk.) An ice machine would be good, too, because the ice maker was not on in the full-sized refrigerator in the room. No problem with that -- we could have turned on the ice maker if we'd noticed. Also, the lovely desk person offered to provide us with a small bag of ice when we asked if there was an ice machine. Sending a big thank you to the staff!

The five-o'clock traffic greeted us on our way there. Kinda ominous, but....drivers were patient, kind and COURTEOUS! We checked in and from the staff, to the room, to the accommodations; everything was simply perfect. Several choices of nice food within 2-300 yards walk. This place is well run and staffed by people who do every little thing right. I would go out of my way to stay here.

No towels.Stained bedspread.Needs refresh/update badly.All exterior doors broken and propped open.Shower didn’t drain.All 3 large bottles in shower empty. Nightstand sticky.Room had overpowering smell of smoke. Front desk staff either rude or frustrated, and didn’t seem able to solve any issues. Several other guests also seen complaining. Fridge wasn’t wiped out/dirty.2/4 small lights didn’t work.

Talked to hotel twice on the day of my arrival about coming in after 10pm, I was assured there was no problem for my 4 rooms. Arrived 1030pm and they had no rooms. Made reservation a month before, customer service offered no help. Had to track new rooms down at 11pm, my rooms were already digital checked in so my cards were charged already. Please avoid this hotel

Loved the King studio. Just the right size for 2 people and our small dog! So grateful for the pet-friendly option!!! Though we didn't use them, is very neat that you can "check out" games and movies. The daytime staff were very friendly and helpful. Nighttime gal not as much. Things that would have been helpful: bar or liquid soap for the sink, more dishes for the kitchen and a quieter air unit (ours never shut off). Would definitely stay here again!
