Really friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff. Clean and updated rooms with frig, microwave,wifi. Good location off of I-90 and near fast food places, gas station. Super breakfast buffet with many items that even gluten free people can eat. Highly recommend.

We were welcomed in with great service. We went up to our room and found our room wasnât turned over(no big deal I know it can be busy) so we go into the next room and thereâs dried urine on the toilet. I did check the beds-and the sheets had very little staining and no signs of bed bugs.

Disappointing Stay â Dirty Rooms & Unhelpful Staff We had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. Upon checking into our room, we found dust-covered surfaces, dirt on the floors, a tear in the sheets, andâmost disturbinglyâdried blood on the bathroom wall. When we reported it to the front desk and requested disinfectant wipes, the staff member was unbothered by the situation and simply handed us a few Clorox wipes, leaving us to clean it ourselves. The issues didnât stop there. The shower drain backed up in the morning, making it difficult to get ready. When we returned later that evening, we found that housekeeping had not serviced our roomâthe little trash bin was overflowing, the bed was untouched, and towels were not replaced. The final straw came when we spotted a bed bug crawling on the bed sheets. We took a picture and, upon pulling back the sheets, discovered a large stain at the foot of the bed. We immediately contacted the front desk, who said they would call us back. After some back and forth, they offered to move us to another roomâat midnight. We inspected three different rooms, all of which were dirty, with hair in the beds and melted food on the floors. The third room, while dusty, was at least free of stains, food, and visible bugs, so we reluctantly stayed in it. The night staff assured us that the manager would handle the situation in the morning, but the front desk employee at checkout was dismissive, claiming the bug was a tick (despite having never looked closely at the photo) and insisting the hotel had never had bedbugs. She showed no concern for the overall cleanliness issues and only asked me to email the pictures. Since we booked through Expedia, she said there was nothing she could do to compensate us. I understand things get missed when cleaning at times but to be dismissed over some serious concerns was disappointing. Overall, this was the absolute WORST hotel stay Iâve experienced. Between the lack of cleanliness, the presence of a bed bug in the bed, and the staffâs indifferent attitude, I would never stay here again and would strongly advise others to reconsider booking here.

Older building that has been recently updated. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Nice linens and an abundance of pillows. Our little fur companion was welcome for a 25.00 a night fee. We will be back, this hotel made us feel very welcome! Thank you!!

The front desk checking in was great! I felt welcome. Checking out was a little different, I felt like they couldn't get rid of me fast enough. I know mornings get busy so maybe I was overthinking it. Breakfast was fair, but for free breakfast who can complain. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a little dirty under the lip that hangs over, but other than that it was okay. Overall a good stay!
