I read the reviews on this place and was not sure what to expect given the range of ratings and complaints. For me, putting these reviews into context is most useful if I understand the type of traveler leaving the review. I travel a lot and prefer high end hotels. I look for hotels on the modern side and prioritize cleanliness, esp bathrooms and carpet. I tend not to leave reviews based on a bad front desk experience, the price, extra fees or a bad meal. Thus, I think this hotel was fabulous for a one night stay. You can see from the pics it was clean and well-appointed. I also love that it is right across from the Metrolink. I took a morning stroll and saw the sunrise come up behind the Arch. The meal at the restaurant was excellent. I have no complaints about this place. BTW, I saw someone complaining that the front desk staff did not tell them you had to use the key in the elevator to get to the rooms. This is an increasingly common safety feature I appreciate.

The hotel was very clean and we were warmly welcomed. The doorman was incredible! The room was nice and well appointed. We got locked out of our room one day as the safety lock was somehow triggered. They ended up using a coat hanger to get it open.

Mark was our waiter for the evening after the Bragging Rights game. We were seated in the bourbon room. Mark made it even more special! He helped us with bourbon selections and was very accommodating when we had more folks join us for the evening. Ellis was our breakfast server. I remember him from our last visit. Just superb service. Thank you.

Just checking in to Live at Lowes in St.Louis we had a smooth check-in. Only issue we had was we had an American Express booking but didn't get upgraded immediately. After talking to Aaron no questions he took care of us fast to a way better room with no issues. I would most definitely stay here again.

The hotel facilities are very comfortable. It is very well located. It could be a great hotel. With an operator who is supposed to have experience and a responsible management. I upgraded to the presidential suit room 844 and stayed on the weekend to watch the PINK concert with my daughter under 16 years old. Returning from the concert and in the corridor in front of my room of the hotel on the 8th floor I found the unpleasant surprise of a couple of naked drug addicts having sex naked . I Call the reception. To security. Ask to talk to the manager. And they have not had the courtesy to contact me. I leva e that hotel at 3am to a safe one . Is contente unsafe . Be carefull with kids This shows why without a doubt
