My family decided to try a “staycation” for New Years Eve. We were not disappointed. The room was clean and spacious and the hotel was quiet. I got a great night’s sleep and enjoyed a decent complimentary breakfast. I definitely would stay here again.

Hotel isn't too far from the interstate but the road noise isn't noticeable at all. Stayed here while attending a St.Louis Blues game and its a good 25-30 minutes away which is reasonable and gets you out of the city. Plenty of restaurants, shops and more within 5 minutes. I did notice some homeless at the entrance of the road and highway off ramp on the opposite side but didn't feel unsafe and none were near this hotel. Room was clean, got my waters for being a Gold Member and staff was pleasant.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! First of all, after one night here my husband and I woke up covered in bed bug bites. Not to mention the extremely rude, unprofessional and downright disrespectful behavior shown by the front desk staff as well as the general manager Theresa. Theresa was extremely rude and unhelpful. Save yourself the time and money and stay somewhere else.

Here is the positive. The room was very clean. We appreciated the hard work the cleaning crew did to help make our room feel spotless. Bathroom was spotless, carpet was clean, and beds were well made. Ok, for the rest. Strongly suggest that they clean the front tile entrance with something else. The overwhelming smell of disinfectant was such a bad welcome. The grout was gross and carpet at the check in area was filthy. I almost wanted to turn around. Breakfast area was weird when we arrived. All the chairs were turned upside down on the tables. Clearly not breakfast time, but oddly unwelcoming. Trash was on the floor. Wet paper towels smushed up on the floor as if a spill was cleaned but just left. Kind of gross. The same for the feeling in the elevator and hallway carpets. Just dirty. The room was odd. Very big, but not warm feeling at all. I get the new type of decor, but it was something else. First Hampton inn we have stayed at with such a large room, with no sofa or occasional chair and lamp. Not really a complaint, just a very odd room. I feel like it was a newer hotel with costs cut. Two double beds in the room. Two bath towels. Two hand towels. Two washcloths. Super weird. I’m sure they would say just come and get more towels, but never stayed in any hotel which provided just two of everything. Unfortunately, we will not return.

Clean. Nice staff. Easy to make reservations using points. Breakfast was actually really good with a huge selection. Would definitely stay again. The rooms were large and able to accommodate 4 people easily. Location was nice as well- close to many restaurants.
