Easy check in. Convenient to restaurants and some shopping. Super friendly host. (I forgot her name) She gave us tips on places to go. Huge room. We had the executive suite. Very clean. Great nights sleep! Breakfast was great! Waffles, yogurt parfaits, biscuits and gravy, eggs, potatoes and more! Would book again! Highly recommend!

The location of this hotel was wonderful. Close to any type of shopping, including a Walmart. Also very close to the downtown business district. Great variety of restaurants. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was “top notch!” Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar had a nice selection and everything was fresh and hot. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was amazing! From the lady checked us in late Friday night to the housekeepers who made my 19 yr old daughter feel great in her outfit to the ladies that checked us out then let us back in to get our food! Overall an absolutely amazing staff!

Another successful stay at BW Neosho. Nice, quiet suite on top floor, with plenty of room and comfortable bed/pillows. Walked next door to Aldi for snacks and short drive to Walmart, restaurants and the Neosho square for fun shops and restaurants. Really appreciate the kind employees, and full breakfast. Be sure to check out Bluff Dwellers Cave and Tall Pines Distillery a short drive south. See you next year!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well maintained and the staff were willing to provide extra room amenities when requested. The rooms were cleaned daily without a request.. It was conveniently located next to restaurants and shopping.
