Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kansas City Lee's Summit an IHG Hotel

We were in Kansas City due to the death of a family member. Every member of the staff was exceptionally helpful and patient. Customer service, breakfast, and the condition of the facility were in the top three of all the dozens of IHG operations in which we have stayed. The Lee's Summit Holiday Inn is clearly first class. We plan to always try to stay here in future visits to the Kansas City area. Thank you to everyone who helped make our stay as excellent as possible.

Great sleep! Nice beds and pillows. Breakfast had many options and was good. Rooms are clean and the hotel is cheery. Staff were very nice and helpful. The only problem I had was the toilet seat in our bathroom. Neither the lid nor the seat would stay up--they would just close automatically. I had to help my daughter by holding up the lid while she sat. By the end of our stay something had come loose and the whole seat was detaching from the toilet. I kept meaning to call maintenance but we were busy and I kept forgetting until we were back at night and didn't want to mess with it.

Stayed 2 nights for a wedding. Everything was good. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Biscuits and gravy both days. Very good. Swimming pool was small but adequate Close enough to restaurant downtown. Just an $8.00 Uber to anywhere.

The staff, breakfast, room, location, quality sleep score, facilities and amenities were exceptional!! Clean!! Efficient ck in and out. Helpful information provided. Clise to shopping food and nature. Hope it isn't spoiled by over building the surrounding areas.

Picked this property for the pool and the kids couldn't stand to be in it due to very high chlorine level. Actually made my grandson sick. Prod...Quiet and easily accessible location, friendly staff, nice decor and room, good breakfast. Cons...nothing within walking distance, beds are a bit soft and no hot tub.
