We were very impressed with this hotel. Great location near highways. Very clean and appeared to be recently renovated. Jayden is an all-star at the front desk. Very professional with all interactions we had with him and seems to be very passionate about his job, which I find is a rarity when I travel and check in to hotels during weeknights especially when not everyone comes across as friendly and helpful as Jayden. Great breakfast in the morning too. Guest laundry was very convenient for us.

Ok two stays, first one good second one not so much. First stay clean room second one the photos show what our floor looks like upon arrival. Plus first stay per website up to 2 dogs under 50 lbs is $25 per night. Now claims it’s per pet! Hmmm well if I’m going to pay that much I’ll go elsewhere.

It was very clean and seemed well organized. I would’ve given it a 5, but the person behind the desk must be misinformed about emotional support animals. The LAW STATES a person with a certified ESA can not be charged extra for sleeping arrangements. The person decided to grill me on what my ESA was for in order to decide whether they would charge me extra. He, in front of other people/customers/strangers, asked me if I was disabled and what service the dog provided me. I was totally caught off guard as he proceeded to tell me, in front of others, there is a difference between ADA and ESA, which I already know. I awkwardly told him I am disabled with PTSD and the dog helps me with those issues. The awkwardness and being “cornered” prevented me from being able to think quickly enough to tell him he’s not allowed to do this and I cowered under the scrutiny. It was totally humiliating and cause a real damper on my trip. Some people prefer to keep their issues private and are not proud of it!!

The room was amazing. The desk clerk said I will love the room that it should have been a suite. OMG😳. If you stay here with your family/kids see if room 222 (2 Q beds) is available. You will not regret. The walk-in closet was huge. Great place.👍🏾

Our stay was Sept 18, 2024. We arrived late at night after the death of our sister. We were greeted by the most incredible young man at the front desk. His name was Jayden. All the employees were stellar but this young man shined. Every employer should have 100 Jaydens. He was pure gold. The hotel itself seemed rather new and impeccably maintained. The young lady who assisted at breakfast was diligent in making sure everyone had what they needed and kept the area neat as a pin. There were fresh made waffles, various bagels, muffins, yogurts, fruit, oatmeal with all the toppings ( my favorite), fresh scrambled eggs, and sausage There was also fresh coffee, orange juice, and milk. I can not express enough how nice this hotel is. We've traveled a lot and seen a lot, I would 100% stay here every time we pass through the Cape area.
