I Love it here. I am Literally Here all the time. The New coffee machine is wonderful. There is Always hot and fresh coffee. ground directly from the bean to a cup or fresh hot coffee in under 30 seconds, 24/7. Good job IHG on the new improvements.

They really need to update this hotel. Carpet was worn and toilet could use a good cleaning. Shower wall has cracks in it. Water stains on the ceiling. Carpet in hallway was pretty dirty and worn. Just really needs updated. Friendly checkin.

Room was okay. It could have been cleaner. It looked like everything had been wiped down with a dirty rag. The refrigerator needed to be cleaned. Even though there were big bottles for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash on the wall of the shower, the shampoo one was essentially empty. I expect better from Holiday Inn.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The rooms were very well maintained. The bed slept amazingly! They had a nice breakfast to choose from. They appeared to be following Covid 19 protocols for cleaning and wearing mask. I felt very safe in this hotel.

Yes, Holiday Inn Express is a brand and basically all hotels are the same. We only stayed one night but had no complaints; room and bathroom clean, nice keurig coffee pot, frig. Good size room. I appreciate the in-room thermostat (surprise! You can adjust to your needs!) The hot breakfast in the morning is a great add to the Express brand. Bed comfort was superb and appreciated the extra pillows. Staff very attentive in the dining room area during the hot breakfast. Front desk staff were very accommodating.
