Chase On The Lake

We stayed at the other wing with the apartments. The rooms are spacious, clean and the location is convenient because its near stores and restaurants which are walking distance. The best part, its right by lake so you can take your evening walks and sit by the lake and watch beautiful sunsets or you can watch from the balcony of your room. The rooms to designed to cater for all travelers as there is the single rooms for single travelers and couples and the apartments for families. I would like to thank the staff at the front desk (Bernard and Alyson) they are very knowledgeable of the local area. Thank you!

This place has gone down hill, We used to come here a couple times a year. This is the LAST time I will ever visit. Nothing works pool broken Jacuzzi not working Sauna not working. If you ask about it they get mad. Also the room we had was facing a wall

I had an amazing time at Chase on the Lake during our family gathering! From the moment we arrived, Patti, the manager, was incredibly accommodating and made sure our stay was perfect. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, which really made our experience special. The room was comfortable, everything was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities were top-notch. The view of the Leech Lake was beautiful. The food and drinks from the restaurant were just what my family likes – mix of burger/fries and fresh fish. Will be back!

I called to ask about the food and the setting of the dinner. I was reassured the area was not busy until 6:30 and they offered a wide verity of food selections. I was also told they do not take reservations. Our friends got there at 5:00. We waited several minutes for someone to seat us. The sound from the bar was deafening! Several young men yelled again and again. Others had to talk louder just to be heard. The food was bar like. Whwn I called ahead,I was told they had a wide variety. No choice of potatoes. (?) Service good. However, a party that came after us got their food far earlier than we did.

The front desk is VERY nice, the problem is they don’t follow through. There is NO maid service. You wants an extra towel - go to the front desk and get it. You want your trash can emptied - put it out in the hall. You want an ice bucket? Well, there aren’t any. You want a soap dish - they are out of those too. This is a $250 a night hotel - I was shocked at the lack of services. The pool was dirty - maintenance did come to fix our tv. The coffee maker didn’t work….I would not recommend staying here.
