I've had to make quite a few out of state trips for medical appointments and this was by far my best experience at a hotel. The location is very convenient, staff was very courteous and friendly, room was clean, and the whirlpool was a wonderful bonus and worked great. It was also very helpful that there was places to eat and a Walmart near by for shopping. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would

Don't stay here!!! The hotel smells and is dirty! They pool was closed by the health department. The customer service is absolutely lacking! We will never be staying here again. The food was gross and we couldn't eat it!!!!........... ....

Clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient location. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the early mornings and afternoons with zero or a few quests. This was especially relaxing. I was able to walk to the conference center for my meetings which I particularly appreciated.

Staff really nice and helpful. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good just missing yogurt. The pool was not open and was going to get in. The cookies are always good. Parking was easy and no issues. The checkout process was really smooth and receptionist gave pleasant good day.

When we got up to take a shower we noticed there was only one bath towel for the two of us. We called the desk and they said they were too busy to bring one up. I dried off with washcloths and hand towels. Not real happy with that. We've used this hotel before and came back because it had been great.
