Timberlake Lodge Hotel & 17th Street Grill

O M G!! This was our best hotel in 15 days on our motorcycle trip..... and that's 15 DIFFERENT hotels. Sarah at the front desk welcomed us rain drenched and cranky as if all is great in the world! She even gave us "biker bags" (water, candy and granola bars)! They have a restaurant so if you don't want to leave you don't have to. They have a great pool, wading pool, slide, and hot tub.... very family friendly. We dont have kids and wished the hot tub was for adults only, but if you wait until 9pm the whole pool area is adults only (past our bedtime...lol). They have Roku TV (with cable) so we were able to fire up Hulu and watch our latest shows (LOVE THAT)! The room had REAL coffee mugs for your mornings. AND breakfast had FRESH FRUIT and HOMEMADE muffins in addition to the other typical hotel foods..... AND... OMGOMGOMG.... the room shower has two shower heads and side sprayer nozzles!!!! I can't recommend this hotel enough!! And someone needs to give Sarah a raise!!

Clean room, very nice in every way except the Wifi was very weak. I had to stand near the door in order to get a signal for my phone or tablet. I spoke with other guests and their experience was similar. I mentioned this to the desk and they told me that the "guys had been working on it". Maybe they need new "guys".

My husband and I stayed 4 nights at Timberlake, and everything was perfect. The room was clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was different each day, and offered a wide variety of foods. We ate 3 nights at the hotel restaurant, and it was delicious. I would give this a 10 out of 10, positive review!

Literally the best hotel I’ve ever been too! The staff was SOO nice. All of them. The front desk staff, the housekeepers, the staff in the cafe & also in the restaurant. The place is very clean. Our room was cozy the AC/heating worked well. Double shower was our favorite part! Super cool. Very fun water park for the kids and even us parents. Definitely would love to go back. Comfy beds as well.

the room we were put in had thick layers of dust on the lamps and the edges of carpet along walls had visible dust. we opened the pull out bed and found crumbs and a stained mattress pad. there was food stains on the walls by the mini fridge. i complained about how dirty the room was and asked to move to a different room. an hour later i was notified that someone had cancelled, so we moved rooms; the new room looked cleaner, yet carpet and drapes, and upholstered furniture was super old and worn looking. unfortunately, the morning after our trip, despite taking a shower when arriving home, i broke out in hives, likely due to dust mite and mold exposure staying 2 nights at timberlake lodge.
