My family of four stayed here 1 night in March 2025 while attending our two daughter's dance competition at a local hs down the street. We've stayed here before on several occasions as it is located at the crossroads of two major freeways. Good enough stay, with a few hiccups. Checked in with Digital Key but wanted another key so stopped at front desk. No one around, took 15 minutes for front desk lady to notice us. Said I needed one more key, she just flat gave me a key for the room I asked for without ID'ing me. Not sure that is protocol? Also, the parking lot was poorly snowplowed from a big snow event a few days back, and no parking at all was available. Was told to park along the back fence which I was lucky and found ONE spot open (phew!). Room was fine, its an older Hampton location but clean. Freeway noise noticeable. Breakfast just fine with the usual Hampton spread. Was not recognized as Diamond on check in, but the next morning at check out much better experience and the guy gave us our Diamond benefit goodies at checkout which we appreciated. Overall ok stay really not sure we'd come back.

This was the worst checkin I ever experienced at Hampton. I will never stay here again. I needed the kindness that Hampton and Hilton always provides. This hotel is aggressive, dismissive. They were far more concerned that the tow truck can get to your vehicle than making sure you get checked in. Ruined my homecoming with my husband after my parents death and a long trip home.

It's been years since I stayed here. Recently, I was in the area and visited again with a friend who rented the room. It is a bit older than a hotel. They appeared to have some renovations and the rooms look good but the hallways need help. Trash/Garbage in the hallways by guest's doors that had not been picked up for a while. If you can get past the hallways it's a great hotel. Breakfast was decent and the staff was nice and helpful.

I booked through booking.com. The worker and the manager on duty charged me $25 more than my booking.com total. Per the manager "We can charge whatever we want when someone books through these sites". The price on these types of websites is NEVER to change. They refused to refund me.

They don't hire white people. If you are white to work hard at a job and need a job really bad and a great worker. They don't accept hard working people. Thy will not hire those mixed if light skinned.
