Sheraton Bloomington Hotel

Marriott Titanium member stay for one night in December 2024. Value (4): Received an adequate rate for a Friday night stay. Ample and free parking. Club lounge open on weekends for grab-go soda, coffee, and snacks. Breakfast certificate provided for attached restaurant. Location (3): Easy to get to, but not much in the area. A car or rideshare will be necessary to travel to other areas of interest. Rooms (3): Larger than normal hotel rooms. Club level room had a sofa. TV could use an upgrade. Disappointing, small and narrow bathroom with tub/shower combo and poor showerhead. Room felt a bit “dark”. Cleanliness (5): Room and entire property seemed very clean. Service (3): Front desk did not offer any property info without prompting at check-in and seemed disinterested in assisting when asking a question prior to checkout. Housekeeping respected do-not-disturb sign on Saturday AM which was appreciated. Amenities: Did not use. Dining: Did not eat in attached restaurant, however I note it receives positive reviews. I would stay again if offered a good rate (i.e., weekends). Building is dated but well kept.

The hotel is renovated the rooms were old but clean, spacious and the beds were pleasantly comfortable. (Club rooms) We availed of the lounge access which was straight forward grab and go and is fully stocked with refreshments. (Not available during weekends) We didn’t get the name of the receptionist who was very kind and helpful during our stay. Conveniently located near Mall of America, the Galleria Edina and Restaurants which we love. Overall it was a nice experience. For its price we will definitely stay again.

Older relatively run down property with elements of remodeling. The moment you walk into this tomb you feel like you’ve stepped back in time 30-40 years. Skeleton staff maintain an underwhelming property. Rooms sort of look like they have been kind of remodeled. But the hotel just reeks of age. Don’t waste your money on an executive floor room or if you are an elite… the Sheraton Club is an embarrassment. Nothing in the evening and sub par breakfast. I’m betting within a year this hotel is reflagged.

I have stayed here at least three times and highly recommend this hotel as it is conveniently located about 15-20 minutes from the airport. All the staff, especially at the front reception, are helpful and friendly; the hotel rooms are spacious and very clean with the beds being particularly comfortable. The general public areas including the lobby, executive lounge and restaurant are all very clean as well. The service in the bar and restaurant is very good as is the menu and wine selection. The room rates are reasonable too. This is definitely my “go to” hotel in Minneapolis.

This was an excellent hotel. I've been looking for a good hotel for quite some time so I can travel to Minneapolis with my dog, and I have been disappointed by quite a few hotels. But not this one! This will be my go-to hotel now when I travel to Minneapolis. It was very clean and updated. Friendly staff at check in. Easy access to an area for my dog to use the bathroom. Will definitely be back.
