Love this hotel. Rooms are clean, quite. Kid friendly pool area fun hot tub was hot and nice to relax. Rooms are nice because there's a separate area to hang out, extra room (pull out couch) if you have extra overnight guests. Has microwave and fridge in room. Breakfast is awesome lost of variety.

The rooms were spacious and very clean, hallways/common spaces nicely decorated and clean, and the staff was super accommodating. Pool was clean. We were within walking/short drive distance of restaurants, shops, and the mall of America. I only have two drawbacks to this place: 1. The breakfast food was really terrible. I did not expect much as it is included but it was poorly cooked or cold or bad options. 2. There was no hot tub. To be fair I fully knew this going into it but didn’t realize how much I would actually miss it.

Absolutely the best customer service I have seen lately! After a long day of travel, check in was pleasant and easy. Amber at the front desk was wonderful, cheerful and helpful. Hotel is located in a great spot for coming and going from the airport, but I never felt over crowded and rooms were quiet and clean. Definitely recommend and this is my new go to spot when traveling out of MSP Airport, Sleep/Park/Fly is GREAT

Amber at the front desk was the most helpful person I’ve ever met. Any request I had she went out of her way to fulfill. Excellent experience. The housekeeping staff, I interacted with were also very helpful. I know I’ll be returning to Bloomington and will definitely stay again.

I normally wouldn't bother taking the time to write a review, but Al, the front desk manager, passive aggressively suggested that I do. I don't believe I've ever had someone suggest to me to write a negative review about themselves as a gesture to show how little they care about a guest. To summarize, I had asked Al, at the front desk if there was any hand sanitizer around the buffet area because I just sat down with my food and wanted to use it prior to eating. He said that there wasn't any in the hotel. I thought that was odd since it seems like it's usually everywhere at Hilton properties and hotels in general. He then fabricated a bizarre story about how hotels were doing away with it because it was too expensive. I didn't think it was an unreasonable question as I usually wash or sanitize my hands prior to eating, especially at buffet lines. Isn't this what we teach children? I left the front desk in disbelief at the information that Al gave me and walked around the halls and saw that there was plenty of hand sanitizer near entrances to the hotel, so I used that. It was confusing to me because Al said that there wasn't any in the entire hotel. I went back to Al and explained that I found some at the entrances. Al then took it upon himself to lecture me on how he took a microbiology class in the 70s and said that bacteria and viruses only live on surfaces for approximately 3 seconds. It then became clear that he didn't believe in or understand the transmission of germs, food borne illness, colds, flu, etc. At this point, it was apparent that he didn't care to answer my initial question due to his bizarre personal beliefs. I'm not really sure why he felt the need to try and teach me clearly factually inaccurate information contrary to what I thought was basic common sense. After breakfast, I later went back to the front desk to find out what his name was and that's when he made the condescending suggestion to write a review. He also said he would go to Target and buy me hand sanitizer if it was that important to me which was another patronizing statement. I told him about how dismissive his attitude was of such a mundane question and how odd it was he would try and lecture me on something so incredibly basic and he was neither apologetic nor understanding. It really made me question the cleanliness of the food area and the hotel after hearing this from the front desk manager. The rest of the staff were great! It's too bad the stay was marred by this one individual.
