Super friendly service, clean and well kept hotel, however there was an overwhelming smell of marijuana emanating strongly when I arrived in the lobby. It continued into the evening and even reached into my room through the night. People can do whatever they want to do on their own, but itâs so strong that Iâm worried I will smell like pot at my business meetings tomorrow.

I have never stayed in an AmericInn before. It was a nice hotel with a variety of room types. We got a king suite with a fireplace and a jet tub. Both were nice after a long day of travel. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. We got carry out from a sports bar down the road and the salad was really good. The hotel is pet friendly. I did not see a hotel but I think itâs only 2 floors.

The beds and pillows need upgrading. The ammenities were less than stellar -- a bare minimum. The room rate was more than we paid for a much nicer hotel near MSP airport (in the Twin Cities) the night before. The smell of marijuana wafted up from the room below, and management knew, but did little if anything to mitigate. Ugh...
