Hampton Inn & Suites Ypsilanti

The Management is very rude. We tried to enjoy our balcony seating, but it was locked. Management told us they don't trust us with a balcony. Furthermore, when we asked for clean linens, they said we'd need to wait A WHOLE DAY! The food is old, too. DON'T GO HERE!

Stayed here on a Saturday night. Very clean room, clean carpet. Breakfast very good - lots of options. The only annoying thing was someone had unplugged the heater and when it was plugged back in it ran nonstop all night and it was kind of loud and annoying. Other than that minor inconvenience everything was great.

We had a lovely room in this hotel. It was evident that the housekeeping staff took pride in their work from the beautiful "swan" towels and tissue flowers in the bathroom and nicely turned out bed. Our breakfast hostess, Minnie, put out a lovely hot breakfast, complete with eggs, sausage, potatoes (second day), oatmeal, as well as a variety of breads, pastries, fruits, juices and other drinks to choose from. We felt pampered!

Clean, comfortable, quiet, friendly, couldn’t ask for more. Breakfast room has some cozy nooks and nice offerings. Coffee and tea always available. We prefer this to the larger, more expensive hotel across the road. Suites are studio suites—no separate bedroom, but very roomy.

This property is a shining, beautiful, new Hampton Inn. I was automatically upgraded into a suite, which was a very nice touch and really made me feel appreciated as a Hilton Honors Diamond status holder. I think I might have been 1 of 3 guests on this night, but the breakfast was still above average Hampton fare. The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the shower had adequate pressure and hot water. Excellent stay close to Downtown and Depot Village. Conveniently located off of I-94.
