I pre-paid for the room months before. We drove the family across the state in a storm only to arrive at 7 pm and be told that our room wasn't available any further. We had to go across the street to stay at a different Hotel. Was totally racially profiled, if your a White family anyways. Total woke establishment. If you don't believe this review, you will understand it all once you stay there and see for yourself. We will never stay at this facility ever again.

I have to admit I was afraid that I had messed up and booked another filthy pre flight hotel room. Boy was I presently surprised. My wife and I were greeted upon entering by a very cheerful and helpful Becky (I believe..Feb 22 at 8pm). We had an electrical issue with our room and Becky quickly moved us to another room. I had forgotten my cruise luggage tags and Becky printed some new ones for us. I can't say enough about the quality of the rooms for the price and especially the service we received. This will be my go to place for now on.

My wife and I stayed here January 17th because we had to be to the airport for a flight. Iâll say the cost of $145 for the night plus parking seemed like a great value. BUT⊠We arrived to our room at about 10pm after an awful drive through a snowstorm. We were tired and ready for bed so we quickly unpacked our overnight bags and got ready for bed. And this is where things started to go wrong. I went to close the curtains only to find the room darkening shade to be torn. Ok, not a big deal, right? Then, my wife turns down the bed only to find a long streak of blood on the sheet which is completely disgusting and something that shouldâve been noticed by housekeeping, assuming anyone actually did it. It was late, we had to get up at 5am, and we didnât want to deal with getting dressed, packing our stuff, complaining, and changing rooms to something that quite possibly might not be any better. So, we thought weâd just pull up the top sheet and sleep on it. We also both got into bed with clothes on which we never do (TMI, but helps make the point of how nasty we felt). Needless to say, we got some rest but never slept because we felt like we were staying in a roach motel or crime scene. At 5am we got up, showered and got out of there ASAP. While we were packing up, I noticed a stain on the chair that was red. Again, nasty!!! It could be blood, ketchup, or other food stain, but the point being, someone shouldâve cleaned it. So to recap, if youâre looking for a decent value, thatâs about all youâll get. We didnât expect a lot of after all, we were checking in and out within a 7 hour timeframe. All we expected was a clean room to rest that was close to the Qwik Park lot so we could catch the shuttle and hop on our plane. This was one of the nastiest places weâve ever stayed and definitely something the IHG brand would NOT be proud of. We get times are tough and itâs hard to find good help, but this is simply unacceptable. Weâve done the park and fly thing a lot and while there arenât any great options in the area, weâve had much better experiences with other brands. Hopefully this will get them to start paying closer attention or train staff better.

Nice one night stay before an early morning flight. Friendly, efficient check in. Clean, albeit simple somewhat dated room. Heat work well. On time shuttle to airport which was 5 minutes away. Coffee ready early in the lobby pre-breakfast.

From the moment we walked in and Farrah greeted us it was a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean and the 24 hour shuttle was convenient for the early morning flight. While leaving there were employees working cleaning everywhere. Vacuuming, cleaning rooms, etc., nice! Also, being recognized for loyalty to the hotel brand was appreciated. I will definitely stay again.
