Beautiful place, well Maintained, friendly staff at a decent price. PROs: the toilet seat riser making it easier for this wheelchair user to transfer chair to toilet. First one I have ever seen in a hotel. 2) wheelchair accessible bath vanity, not one but TWO. I very seldom see this in ANY brand hotel with rooms they call “handicapped accessible”. 3) the huge dedicated breakfast area. I thought it was used as a restaurant at night… darn CONs: the very sharp drawer handles on the dresser. When rolling by one ripped the skin off my arm… NO bandaids available in the hotel!! (See picture) 2) In Thursday and Friday the eggs were so overcooked and salty they were NOT eatable. In Friday I choose waffles instead. Saturday (new cook) they were perfectly cooked 3). The Thursday/Friday staff loading breakfast plates looked and acted like the most miserable person I have ever encountered at a Quality/choice hotel . She lacks customer service skills I understand the new owner removed not only real/hard plates but eliminated biscuits/gravy.. WHY?? Apparently the new owner wanted to lower the hotels standards to those of the cheap hotel brands. You can do better in the kitchen So because of the overcooked eggs and missing/limited breakfast menu I must give the kitchen a 5 score

My experience at this establishment was deeply disappointing. From the general manager to the employees, I encountered behavior that felt unacceptably biased and discriminatory. I expected professionalism and fairness, but what I experienced instead was outright incompetence and disrespect. The lack of cleanliness is another major concern. The premises were poorly maintained, and it was alarming to notice bugs in the facility. This is not only unhygienic but also unacceptable for any business that expects customers to return or recommend their services. On top of these issues, the staff seemed ill-trained and unprofessional, making basic tasks unnecessarily difficult. This compounded the already frustrating environment created by the poor attitudes and lack of accountability displayed by those in charge. I would strongly advise others to think twice before visiting this location. My experience suggests a culture of disregard for both customers and basic standards of decency. It’s crucial for management to take responsibility and implement significant changes, both in their staff training and in the upkeep of their establishment. Until then, I cannot recommend this business to anyone who values respect, professionalism, and cleanliness.

This review is for the Quality Inn on Delta Commerce. I wish I could give this hotel zero stars!! This hotel has gone downhill since our stay last year. According to other reviews this hotel had a change of management and it is not good. We booked a two day stay on Oct 26, 2024. We spent most of our time in the living room area watching TV. When we got ready to go to bed we noticed 4 bugs crawling on the ceiling of the bedroom. I took pictures and my husband immediately went down to the front desk to complain. The attendant offered us another room but when my husband went to check it out it had bugs too. At this point we were done and checked out of the hotel at 1:00 am. The manager offered us a refund for the 2nd night but refused to refund for the first night claiming they couldn't find any bugs. My guess is after we left maybe the bugs went to look for a nice warm body! See the attached pictures.

***BUYER BEWARE*** I booked for 8 nights. had a family emergency back home and had to check out after 5 nights. went to front desk and spoke to clerk and she stated no problem on the early check out and I won't be charged the other 3 nights. they charged me the full 8 nights and won't refund the 3 nights I was not there. these people are thiefs! so I'm doing a credit card charge back.

Must have changed management or ownership because this hotel’s quality is now lacking. Breakfast was exceptional in to past and is now really lacking. Long term guests smoking pot out front and by the side entrance. Really worn chair cushions in the breakfast area. Grouchy staff. Now using disposable plates and silverware. They used to perform above most 3 star hotels and now they are below a 2 star
