Holiday Inn Grand Rapids Downtown an IHG Hotel

I called to make a reservation 3 times and all three times twice i talked to Robert in reservations who was a real jerk and just rude and no help. The third and final time i called i was trying to get to a supervisor and a guy named Randy answered the phone as soon as i tried to tell him what was going on he said "Ill text you the number" then immediately hung up on me! They lost out on at least 4 rooms this trip and I will never try to book this place again!

One of the comfiest beds of any hotel I've stayed at. Great location too, right across from the museum and right near that blue bridge that lights up at night. Staff were great, tons of parking. A bit pricey, but I can understand why. Would stay here again for sure if ever in Grand Rapids again.

There were extremely nice staff at this hotel and they appear to be genuinely happy working there and helping guests. Great location. FREE parking! $10 breakfast deal is fantastic. Food quality and service were great. Ceci and Micheal started our day off perfectly. All hotel staff were very friendly. Check in was great. Thank you to Jamilla who went above and beyond. Hotel was very clean both inside and out. Great towels. Room to room noise was non existent. There was street noise at times. Be aware the hotel is next to the freeway which will increase noise. Indoor pool was very nice. We had a two queen room which was very cozy. Not sure if it was just our room (401) or if all two queens are a little tight. However with all the other positives we just went with it. Water pressure was very good. We were impressed with how friendly all the hotel staff were. Very refreshing. You felt recognized. We really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
