Steve went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable and informed. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does, and his positive attitude truly made a difference in my stay. Steve and John are great drivers for the Baymont. They are very helpful, especially with handicapped passengers. We appreciated their help and safe driving. I would one hundred percent recommend parking and using their services fir going to and from the airport.

The entire room wasn't cleaned, nasty pillowcases, no wipe down, refrigerator nasty as hell, and bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. Point blank period they need women in there working cause judging from all the men I see working there do not know how to clean properly at all.

My flight was cancelled due to severe weather in Detroit and my destination. Thanks to Michael for answering my questions and scheduling a ride to the hotel from the airport. Steve was wonderful and picked me up within 20 minutes. I appreciate the timely service and seeing a friendly face after having a rough night dealing with delays and cancellations.

My family had a bad experience with this hotel. We didnt find out the pool was closed until check-in. The room we were put into was not clean. Handprints and body smudges on the headboard, crumbs in the bed, and what looked like blood splattered across the ceiling, wall, headboard, and lamp. The front desk got us into a new room which created a big scene which only caused more stress in the situation. Even though we got a new room, they shouldn't have checked out a dirty room in the first place. Room 2 was much better, but still came with its own issues. Slightly dirty headboards, partially dirty floors in harder to sweep places, and the TV only worked on half of the channels. We were already exhausted from the stress the first room gave us so we settled in begrudgingly. We were up a few times throughout the night with the sound of cleaning carts and talking in the hallway, although that may have just been other guests. We didnt eat the breakfast, because from how the rest of the experience with this hotel went, we weren't going to trust any food. Overall, we had a very negative experience, but the staff did try to help.
